The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, close to two metro lines, and on a quiet street but near busy thoroughfares, so very well located. Internally - very friendly, beautiful decorated and appointed, and with a very decent breakfast. No restaurant, but a huge choice nearby. The standard room was a respectable size, with all of... Having arrived at the hotel at 11pm on Saturday night in the torrential rain I was greeted by a less than enthusiastic concierge who proceeded to give me my room key... I went up in the lift opened the door to the room, only to find another persons belongings in the room! The room was quite clearly already occupied! After... More

Hotel and rooms were clean and ' cute' . But rooms, especially the bathrooms are tiny. You need to be very mobile to navigate getting in and out of the bath/shower. Breakfast ok . Good free wifi and aircon. Location is very good- close to the metro and main attractions. A good 3 star but too small / cramped to be... More

I spent a week there for a meeting. Below some positive and negative points. Positive points: the location is absolutely brilliant. It is near to the Arc de Triomphe but still a bit away from the main road so that you don't the traffic and the noise. Around the hotel there are several nice bistrots that serve traditional french food.... More

Really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Etoile Saint-Ferdinand. Excellent location - convenience & safe! less than 5 mins walk to the metro station. Close to many good restaurants. The bathroom is very clean and it looks brand new. The air-condition is very good - have the individual temperate control for the temperate. I slept very well!! Breakfast is good. They... More

This is what we've been told .. arriving in à small lobby with friendly staff. The elevator and the corridors we're really narrow. The room is nice but the walls are not made of bricks so I had the pleasure to listen to what my neighbours did...and so they could hear I think my hair dryer. . The breakfast is... More

For our first anniversary we flew to Paris for the first leg of our trip. Long taxi ride in to the hotel. Had no idea what to expect. The appearance was not reassuring. Once inside we were overwhelmed with the kindness and warm welcome. The room was tiny, tiny as was the elevator. We were there 4 days and the... More

The staff is extremely friendly which was really pleasant. However the hotel room smells like paint. The air conditioner is very loud and the walls are as thin as paper. You can almost hear what the neighbors are saying. Thus one does not feel any privacy. The elevator is really old and the doors are smashing against each other. When someone... More
