I haven't a nice experience in this hotel where I stayed 4 nights for business travel. I asked to change the room because the first one had a very small shower box where I couldn't fit. Average speaking the room I had was small, very old and broken forniture and worn.

Convenient location to the Metro. Rooms clean and tidy. Ample breakfast and staff helpful. Would be happy to stay there again. Also, there is a lift. I note that one reviewer seems to have had a problem about breakfast being included. We had no such problem. ?Check booking confirmation.

Good location, very near to Metro and bus depot , the buses go practically every tourist site and also good food options around and a departmental store , but there is no AC in the hotel which is the biggest negative point for them. Beware, on arrival you are told breakfast is included and then when you leave, you are told breakfast is not included and you need to pay. This is totally unfair. Ifyou stay there make you get it in writing that breakfast is included so you don't get conned like we did.
