Stayed in March and found this hotel to be great, was on my own to sight see and staff were so helpful and polite. My room was trendy and very clean and always slept well, did find air conditioning not effective but was able to open windows , breakfast was good value but not a n extensive menu for other... More

Visited with my wife in April for a few nights, we had a suite and the room itself was great! Well appointed with comfy bed. They sent us Champagne on one night, which was very nice and a very nice gesture. Breakfast was standard buffet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the size of the... Well the room is small, the thing I can not understand is that the toilet is divided into two parts! We had an issue with our A/C so I spoke first with resptinrst he didn't know what to do then he came saw it and couldn't do anything so I spoke early morning with the manager, and she replied to... Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. You have mentioned us effectively you had an issue with the AC. In the morning of your departure, our head housekeeper came to your room in order to see the system with you. When she arrived in your room the temperature was set at 24 degrees.... More

Stayed therei recently for our anniversary. Great location, just of the Champs Elysees, beautiful room, nicely furnished and great en suite. Really polite and friendly staff which we weren't expecting in Paris, they found us lovely local restaurants and places to eat and even made reservations for us. Would recommend it and hopefully will go back.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The front staff was so friendly and helpful-from the planning stages to when we actually got there. My wife and I were in Paris to celebrate our anniversary and so I was in contact with the management to ensure it was an anniversary she wouldn't soon forget. Fabrice was so helpful... More

Very nice hotel, very well situated, nice rooms, clean and well decorated, staff always smiling and helpful. Two negatives : 1- they gave us at our arrival a room on the first floor arranged for handicap persons (restroom with curtains, shower without door and taking half the space of the room), no place to store your clothes, no desk or... Dear guest, Thank you for your comment on your stay with us. We are very happy to hear that you have enjoyed your stay in Paris. A wonderful trip to Paris to celebrate our anniversary. Our room overlooked the Arc and Champs ellysee. Short walk to the metro, and you can be anywhere in Paris within a few minutes. Many thanks to the staff who made our stay comfortable, and for the complimentary champagne, fruit and chocolates on our 1st night! The room was very clean... More

We stayed in an executive room during the Paris Marathon and it exceeded our expectations. Not inexpensive but worth every penny. The room was large by Paris standards and made the stay so much more enjoyable not having to try to summersault over each other to maneuver around the room. The location is ideal as it is very near the... More

Our room 408 faced the Belgian embassy. Evenings were quiet except for one night when there seemed to be brawl on the street below. The staff members were friendly and very helpful with recommendations for the easiest ways to do anything like catch shuttles. Rooms were clean and benefited from the recent renovation. The location of the lift meant all... More
