The staff was rude, rooms are too small and breakfast was very limited with mostly breads and dairy product.no eggs or omelette. Far from city center with taxi charges above 20 € from main locations.metro location was good but no major restaurants nearby.

Dear Guest, please accept my apologizes if the staff was not welcoming. Each guest is really important for us and has to be treated properly. Regarding location, with this underground you can reach dowtown within 10mn (Chatelet Station is located near Notre Dame CAthedral, Louvre Museum, big shopping mall). Bercy village is also 10mn far from the hotel (walking distance)... More

Myself and my husband stayed here for the New Year's Eve 2014-2015 for 3 nights/4 days. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, next to the railway station and 50 m from the Bercy Metro station - so the location of the hotel is good, very accesible! At the reception: quick check-in without any problems at 10AM (we did... More

Front desk was helpful and accommodated us in the top floor. Room was simple and clean - something that's expected in Paris. Though little away from the city center (Prefer Chatlet to Bercy), the nearby Metro station came in handy. However, please be aware since as a tourist, Paris is not tourist friendly simply because of language issue - You... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Most Ibis Hotels are great as is this one. The beds are really comfortable, really soft. The metro station is only 2 mins walk. The area of Bercy has been revamped in recent years so nice area. Lots of restaurants etc close by. The hotel provides typical French breakfast, tea and... More

Imam afraid I was very underwhelmed by my recent visit to this hotel. It was very expensive for what is an economy hotel. The communal hallways very strange and the general colour schemes appear to have been designed by a small child wanting to try out every colour in their new felt tip set! The room was small but clean,... More

The property was decent and colorful. The breakfast was also decent. Rooms were smallish but manageable. The other positive was the closeness to Bercy metro station. The major issue was that it is very far from the city center. Bercy is a small town and a part of Paris not visited frequently. Wouldnt actually mind the property if it was... More

The confirmation email said a room with "2 single beds measuring 3 ft wide" had been reserved. And we paid online so that there would be a quick check-in. The check-in was slow because there wasn't a room available that had two single beds. It wasn't the desk clerk's fault and he was very apologetic. But it wasn't a good... More

One good thing about this hotel is its location. Within a km of the Bercy Metro! We had a great meal in the restaurant across the road from the hotel. Staff were helpful when we had a problem with safe not unlocking. However the rooms are mean't for diminutive people only. There is barely enough room for one person to... More

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience in our establishment and I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. It is true that there is no welcome set inside the room as we are an economic hotel, nonetheless we provide tea, coffee and water for free in the lobby. We are also renovating our WIFI service, we... It doesn't matter how much I liked Paris, I just can't put one more start to this rating. This experience was not good, and I had one more reason not to want to go back to the hotel every evening, apart from being fascinated by the city. We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a part of... More

Dear Guest, first of all thank you for sharing your experience in our establishment. I have personnally checked the room you had during your stay. It is true that the lamps were noisy and that the paint from the bath was peeling off, however I have not noticed any particular smell and dust. Please rest assured that we took the... More

Stayed two nights in October 2014 as a birthday for myself as a first time visitor to Paris. Excellent location with Bercy station 3-5 mins walk from the hotel - but not sign posted from the station. Room still had human hairs on the floor when we checked in - clearly indicating that the cleaners only changed bedlinen and left... More

Staying in Bercy / Nation

Neighborhood Profile
Bercy / Nation
Nestled between the Seine, Bastille, and Père Lachaise lies a peaceful side of town where wide avenues and impressive buildings accompany green spaces and small parks. Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep. For an escape from the masses head to this calming neighborhood where real Parisians make their homes.
