A party of four of us, two Brits and two USA, stayed here on the night of 7th June 2014 prior to departure for Nice the next day. Stayed here as a break in the journey to Nice. The hotel is right next door to the station and we had a room overlooking the station. During the night we had a few occasions where we were woken by a rumbling noise, which we assumed were trains coming in. There were also a couple of occasion when we heard... More

We chose this hotel for one night since we had to take the train At Gare de Lyon the next morning at 7am. We've upgraded to a premium room which I would have never guessed if they haven't told us. The room was still very small, but I guess big for Paris' standard. The bathroom was however well equipped, spacious... More

We stayed at the Mecure for one night after arriving by train from Milan. We literally just walked out of the station and its your first hotel, so great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect & blocked out the sound, great wifi. Defiantly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were really nice and with the train station right under it, it was perfect accommodation to travel the length and breath of paris. We stayed on the 7th floor and even though it was facing the train station, the room was still quite and relaxing after a long day of travelling.

My husband and I arrived at the Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon on the morning of December 11, 2014. We were taking a train tour of the French and German Christmas Markets in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary, and Paris was our first stop. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years. Frankly there are better places to stay in Paris. More picturesque. Fancier (and more expensive, of course). Cheaper. Even more central. But if your hotel room is just going to be a place to sleep while you enjoy Paris - and especially if you are heading to,... More
