I booked relatively last minute and was pleasantly surprized. My room was tiny but it had everything I needed. It was clean and I even had a little balcony. The service at the front desk was excellent and the team spoke English.

A very stylish hotel with friendly staff and a good location. It's a two minute walk from the metro and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. It’s short walk from the shops and Opera. Check in was 3pm but I was able to access my room at 12.30pm when I arrived, which was a relief after... More

I found myself back in Paris some 10 days after my last trip. I was booked into this hotel by my French colleagues. The room was very spacious (I was in 201) as was the bathroom. There is no restaurant in the hotel (hence 3 stars) but you have literally hundreds on your doorstep in this area. It was good... More

We only stayed in this hotel for one evening so it was a really short stay. I didn't expect much since I went for low prices via booking. However the hotel exceeded every expectation. It is clean, has a nice modern design and the staff is friendly. I had booked a room without breakfast but once we saw the breakfast... More

The staff was great. They were warm and welcoming within our first steps. Marc, Stacy and Jessica were at the front desk to begin our amazing experience. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything it could be and more. Even the staff at the Blue coral were devoted in making sure our needs were... More

We stayed here from 26 - 28 february and this was our second stay in Paris. The hotel has a nice design and we loved the rooms! The staff was so kind, they gave us a room upgrade, we booked a superior room and got a junior suite upon arrival! Thanks a lot for that! The hotel is very close... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Icone for five days in February and had wonderful overall experience. The hotel décor was chic, the room was clean, and the location was ideal. Several previous reviews have noted the small room sizes. We emailed the hotel one week before our arrival to request a room upgrade. When we arrived to... More

So, I have so, so much to say about this hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was for 12 days. Firstly, the hotel is in a great location, the staff is pretty friendly and speak mostly English and it is easy to walk everywhere. This particular hotel has a weird smell, in the hallways, the lobby and... More

We stayed here from the 21st - 24th December. We booked through booking.com and got a very good deal considering how much this hotel is per night usually. All staff were very friendly and helpful, even printing off our disneyland tickets for us which was a lovely touch. The decor was beautiful throughout, especially in the reception. Very chic! The... Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
