GIven Paris is not the cheapest place to stay this seemed okay. It did the job and the location was okay. Slight gripes were the room was very small, no breakfast included (seems standard for Paris !) and the whole hotel was being renovated. ALso smoke cigaratte smoke came in from the air conditioning whihc was not the most pleasent.... more
My boyfriend and I stayed in the hotel over Easter 2010. We arrived at aroud 3pm. There was no problems at all with check in-the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was LOVELY and quiet - and only 10min walk from the opera. Everything brand new as the whole hotel was redone few months prior to our visit.... more

My sister n I stay at here for 4 nights. The first day we arrive around 2pm we had been ask to wait for room to be clean,this wasn't reasonable but the worst is they got us waited 30mins at the lobby doing nothing! Dear Madam, First of all about check in time, it's indicate in all our website that is 3:00 pm. We try sometimes to give it earlier, but during crowded period it's quite impossible. Regarding works as you mention it's only in the corridor and stairs for paper wall and paint. Rooms are clean every day and finished since many month....
I can’t recommend that hotel. The rooms are very small and dirty. The staff is unfriendly and do not want to deal with customers at all. more
Dear Sir, Our hotel is not durty, our rooms as public parts. Cleaning is made every day by the hotel staff. Furthermore all our rooms are new and fully renovated since september 2009. Regarding room size, it depend of the room category you booked. But all our rooms are approved as 3 star room size. Our staff is always friendly...
DO NOT BOOK on the hotel website! I made this mistake and when I arrived the hotel was being renovated: It looked like a building site and not like a hotel. The staff agreed to cancel our reservation BUT: they charged m credit crd anyway for 1 night. When I complained their answer simply was: "The policy cancellation is 48hours... more

My personal experience at the hotel was mixed. I found the rooms of good standard and clean. Quiet hotel located in the Boulevard des Italiennes, very near from Opera, in the heart of Paris. The room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Around the hotel there are a lot of nice restaurants and the Metro Richeliu Drouot is really near which is very useful to visit the city without wasting time. more
