The hotel is well located in the center of Paris and close to a metro station, convenient for any trip farther. The hotel staff is welcoming and I had a nice experience for the check in and out, smooth and very fast. The room is perfect with the new decoration and modern style. Very comfortable stay. A little disappointed with... More

I stayed here for several nights on a business trip. The hotel was very well located for me, as I was working near Grands Boulevards. The room I had was recently renovated, not nearly as small as some of the other reviews had led me to expect, and had some old-fashioned design touches (e.g., woodwork on the ceiling). The lobby... After a week in Paris staying in fairly modern, fairly soulless business type hotels I wanted to stay somewhere a little more traditional so that my friend could get a bit more of a feel for Paris. I chose this place as it seemed to be in a traditional Parisian building and was well located in the centre. I arrived... More

Stayed there for three nights on business. My room was well located on the top floor overlooking the Paris roofs, and was of decent size. Everything else was tiny: smallest bathroom I have ever been in, of very average to poor quality. The lift was also very small and extremely slow. Two things to mention: the toilet paper was of... This hotel is located 10 minutes walk from some of the main sights, namely the Louvre Museum and th Champs Elysees. Very close to the Magasins. Metro Station nearby (50 m). Rooms are small (as usual in Paris) but clean. Rooms to the street can be very noisy. Breakfast options are very limited, both in variety and in quantity.

I am staying in this hotel now. its really a high season and some of 'bad guys' use it. So, no WI FI in the rooms at all!!!! Can you imagine if I come for business and need to catch it ??? The staff on the reception is of good sense of humour but none of help, really. Many rooms... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
