The hotel has an excellent location near the Eiffel tower. A metro station is at 5 minutes walking distance. The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. The shower booth was very tiny and toilet space the smallest I've ever seen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was expensive and frugal.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had no complaints other than the room is a little tight for space but for what we needed it for it was ideal. We were out all day so it was no problem. It's located on a lovely backstreet that is approx a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.... More

Great location on a great little street. Easy access to the metro. The double bed wasn't comfortable. The people in our party who slept in the single beds thought they were comfortable. The TV was tiny, but who comes to Paris to watch TV. The hotel was accommodating about our luggage being left before we checked in. There was only... More

The hotel is in a good location near the Eiffel Tower and wine museum. The rooms are small, although this is to be expected in Paris! However in my opinion this is no excuse for low levels of cleanliness or good customer service. The bedroom was adequate, however very noisy air conditioning unit, and strange holes either side of the... More

After seeing some of the reviews prior to my trip, I was slightly concerned about the hotel. However on arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist (in fact all reception staff during my 4 night stay were fantastic). I had a room facing the court yard, with excellent Air conditioning (it can get very hot in Paris in the... More

Located on a pedestrian cobblestone road, the hotel is surrounded by quaint cafes, bakeries, hair salons, boutiques and food vendors, making it a different experience in busy Paris. The rooms are small but comfortable. We arrived in Paris amidst a record-setting heat wave, fortunately our room (108) had excellent air conditioning, very much a plus given this particular weather exception.... More

I stayed here a couple of nights ago. I had chosen the hotel bases on the location and the photos of the rooms on the website. While the location is excellent, the hotel and the room were disappointing. The hotel has a very old fashioned and very small elevator, which I found a bit scary. The room itself was very... More

When I entered my room I was dumb founded the room was so small and the bathroom was the size of a toilet. When people review this hotel and say small they mean small and very basic. The location is great but use another hotel. Breakfast is very basic we did better at the cake shop just down the road.

The rooms are quite small and fairly basic however the shower is excellent! Breakfast was fine, enough there to fill up on (although all bread and pastries) but limited on anything else. Good location with some good bars and eating places around.

my first impression of the room was that it is rather small, but after a while it turned out that everything was just perfect. The double bed had a very good mattres, everything was spot clean, the rooms have wifi and tv. The front desks speak fluent English and are friendly. The breakfast is OK although the staff are not always... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
