Pros: Comfortable and clean room, nicely decorated and newly renovated bathroom. Location is bonus as it is a walk down to Trocadero and Eifel tower. This hotel turned out to be much better than we expected. The location is absolutely perfect on a very quiet street but nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and some wonderful shops and it is opposite a shopping centre. Excellent location near the eiffel tower and 2 metro stations within walking distance. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and recently renovated. The front desk was by and large courteous and cooperative. The breakfast at the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Better to go to the bakeries outside. A bit expensive for the facilities provided. more

The hotel was in a very nice area. It was a short walk to the metro and to the Eiffel Tower. There were lots of shops,bakeries, fruit markets, wine shops very close. This little hotel was lovely, its about 15mins walk to the Eiffel Tower located just off a street with a few shops. We went in August when all the Parisians shut up shop and head to the coast, so quite a few of the boutiques in the area were closed. The Trocadero La Tour is a nice place, a little bit away from the busy Parisian shopping streets. It is within 15 walking minutes to the Tour Eiffel though so location is not so bad. Room seems clean but we also found spots on pillow case, we asked for a replacement but was told not possible till morning. Customer Service was horrible, especially for a 4 star hotel! Definitely not recommended. They should send their staff to learn customer service skills from other hotels and see how it should be done! Was a very disappointing... more
