There were 5 adults traveling together and three had stayed at other Citadines. We booked the largest suite, with two bedrooms and supposedly two baths. There was a floor plan on the website that showed two full bathrooms with two separate toilets. They confirmed the layout when we made the reservation. When we arrived we discovered that there was one... More

I booked a 6 berth apartment for my Paris hen do and it was perfect. The reception area, corridors and apartment were very clean and quiet. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk towards the river/Eiffel Tower and about the same the other direction to the Arc de Triomphe. We did find that because of the area the... More

The hotel is okay, the best is its location as others have already written. The room where my family and I stayed for three nights was in need of renovation. Some furniture were a bit old and a bit broken. But the worst bit in my opinion was that there was no basin for washing your hands after you've been... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The hotel is in a great location, you can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower (which we did many times) and there are some nice restaurants near by (the pizza shop next door is excellent). The room we stayed in was very dated but was comfortable enough. Our main... More

Citadines Trocadero : The location is good however the hotel is getting old and the apartment are basic. the garage access is very small. We just spent one night but will not return. The staff is nice and helpful , the breakfast is correct. There are plenty of restaurant nearby, the Italian one next door is very good.

Quiet location off side street of upscale area, excellent staff attitude and there's airconditioner in room We had stayed 6 days and would have extended if not for hotel being full. Good selection of shops, food market, supermarts, popular Italian pizza restaurant next to hotel, two big supermarts, a pub opposite and even McDonald on the street's other end. Every... More

Good size room for a single traveller (the last time I stayed here I had a sofa bed that I had to make up each night!!) with a great small kitchen set up. They even had a shopping trolley that I could borrow to do my grocery shopping at the local supermarket.

First the good news. As many have noticed, it has a good location within easy walking distance of some attractions and handy to the metro. It's just off a busy road so traffic noise is much less than it could be. The staff are friendly and helpful. Having the extra room of a one-bedroom apartment is more comfortable than a... More

Stayed in Aug 2013, awesome location, a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and metro. Nice spacious apart style hotel room with a pull out sofa, kitchen, diswasher. Hotel staff was very helpful with directions. I would definitely recommend this place for families as the samll kitchen does help to cook a meal or two. Supermarkets nearby.

We found this hotel online where it stood out because there were no terrible reviews and many good to excellent. Briefly, the location is mid-way between the Trocadero Metro and the Victor Hugo Metro stations - about 5 minutes walk from either one. The Champs Elysees is about 15 minutes walk away and the Eiffel Tower/Bateaux Parisiens a similar distance.... More
