We stayed here earlier this month for five days and were disappointed with our stay. While the staff was friendly and the location very good, the hotel experienced several problems. First the elevator went out and being on the fourth floor, heading up 100 steps several times a day was not fun. It was fixed by the last day of... More

My partner took me to Paris for my birthday and we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. From the outside the hotel looks quite luxurious and it is the perfect base to see Paris. We were a stones throw away from the Arc de Triumphe and Champs Elysees, however, the actual hotel is very tired and run down inside.... More

We stayed in Paris for 5 nights and wanted accommodation that is as central as possible. This old modest hotel is ideal for a short stay, very central and close to all main attractions. Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees were less than 5 min walk from the hotel and the tour bus station was only a block away. Good value... More

Let's start with a positive things: The hotel is very close to the arc de triomphe, and staff were friendly, but unfortunately these are the only positive things. My room looked on to a very noisy avenue but the bigger problem that the hotel is in a same building with a restaurant and club where the party starts around midnight... More

Very well presented hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was an adequate size with good facilities - mini bar not expensive, air conditioned. Towels and sheets changed daily and shampoo, etc topped up each day. Bathroom could do with an overhaul - bit dated and shower not great. One minute walk from l'Arc De Triomphe and 5 minutes from... An ideally placed hotel, just a VERY short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. Certainly not the roomiest or most modern hotel in the world but the price and location more than made up for that. Besides, you're only in a hotel to sleep, right ? :-) Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk.... More

If you are looking for an ordinary, modern, high end hotel, this is not the place for you. If you enjoy the extraordinary, eclectic experience, this is a must stay. This petit boutique hotel is all about the past and present ambience of Paris. The beds are comfortable the showers are hot and the breakfast is filling. Although the breakfast... More

The hotel is very close to the arc de triomphe. The staff are very friendly and had a few conversations and lsughs with them. They gave us local advice which we found helpful. The hotel however is in desperate need of refurbishment. Its old and worn out. Floors walls bathrooms furnishings all require to be changed and upgraded. Continental breakfast... More

My husband and I stayed here for the Paris Marathon. The location was the selling point…a short 2 blocks from the Arc du Triomphe and Champs d'elysees. The rooms were decent, nothing fancy, but provided all the necessities. If you're in Paris, you really should only be using your room to shower and sleep! The best thing about this hotel... More

A present from our children, we stayed here for three nights (back today 27.4.15) A wonderful trip to Paris made all the easier by staying in this location just off the Champs Elysees. Easy reach of shops and restaurants and soon got our bearings for the local landmarks. Very friendly staff all round which is a lovely start. Our room... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
