Now, I don't know if we got lucky, but we did not experience anyything bad at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning. Our room was ready (which was a blessing after flying in from Florida and stopping along the way). The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating as well as the bell... more

This hotel is a conference facility with very little focus on amenities outside of the lobby. The rooms are musty, small and dated - mine smelled like rot. It's disappointing to find a hotel like this rated four stars - staying here really tainted an otherwise lovely trip to Paris and I warn people to avoid it. There are so... more

I travel around the Europe on a weekly bases and this hotel beats them all for totally and utterly rude and arrogant staff!. Let me take you on my journey. Thurs: arrive and check in, reception is lovely(only time this word can be used on my trip)...get to room and now understand how a prisoner feels like when he gets... more

I managed to get a really good deal with Last min . com. Indeed compared with the tariff displayed in the hotel, I saved about 75%. If I had paid full whack, I think I would have been a tad perturbed, nay, distressed. To the business end of things: *draws up a seat, rolls up sleeves and leans forwards*. The... more

Very nice hotel. Our room was very comfortable. It was slightly smaller then an American hotel room, but that is to be expected. I really expected much smaller and I was pleasantly surprised. It was also very clean. Our room had a small refrigerator and a 2 burner stove top/sink unit. I do not know if all the units have... more

I stayed in this hotel for 2nights on a weekend city break to Paris. The lobby area and restaurant all looked quite newly refurbished and reception staff very fairly friendly and provided a map with key areas to explore. The porters however spoke little English, the accommodation was split throughout a number of buildings, the one we were in was... more

The hotel is actually in the Marais area, and a 5 min walk from the Bastille itself. At the end of the road is the beginning of the Bastille market (open Wed and Sunday) which is fab. Room was lovely, decor was nice, and large by Paris standards. The room had a patio type windows that you could open if... more

This hotel is in a great location if you are looking for groovyville. There are a couple of very cool late night bars and many great local eateries nearby. The hotel itself is very designy.....the foyer is cutting edge cool and the gardens are really beautiful and relaxing.....it was lovely going back in the afternoon and chilling with a little... more

Rooms: Small, smelly, heavy traffic from the street mixed with disco and vomiting persons outside. Wall to wall carpets who was new 40 years ago, but also at that time they were really ugly! Warm dark rooms, with rubbish air-condition, and to open the windows was NO option. We changed rooms from a room that was hot as a sauna... more
