This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. As there are so many hotels in Paris, I am sometimes tempted to try other lodging. However, this hotel has everything I need and has always met my expectations. So I return. The hotel has been renovating and among room changes: improved lighting, additional outlets for charging electronics,... More

We had the best time in Paris. We were out from sunrise till late everyday. The hotel met our needs perfectly. A small, well run hotel with friendly and helpful staff, printing off tickets, making bookings and suggestions for our stay. It is so handy to everything with metro stations all around not to mention places to eat, drink and... More

It has character and is in a great location, walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Loads of places to eat close by. Staff very helpful, Stephanie help us with RER tickets and... More

Small and sweet- exactly what you want if you are looking for a boutique hotel with a great location. In the Latin Quarter walking distant to most of the major sites - super knowledgeable and friendly desk staff who spoke fluent English

Location, location, location! The Saint Paul is near to public transport, with fabulous restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and yet it is very quiet and peaceful with friendly staff. Our room had just been re-furbished - having stayed here many years ago I must confess I preferred the slightly old-fashioned air that the hotel had before the renovations...but that's... More

The hotel is very nice and clean. We asked for a superior room with a street-view on one of the upper floors (but no the top) - as suggested here on tripadvisor. We received our room as requested and it was very good! The room is not too big but enough place for a couple. Its very clean and cosy,... More

Located on a very quaint, quiet street but still within walking distance of shopping and eating. We stayed for just two nights but will stay longer the next time. We will be forever grateful to the staff for helping to track down the taxi that we lost our cellphone in. They kept it for us until we returned. Above and... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
