I would not rate this as 3.5 stars, but a 3-star hotel, based on U.S. standards. The location is PERFECT. A good selection of restaurants serving wonderful but pricey food are just a few yards away. My husband and I visited Paris at the end of April 2009. We stayed at the Luxembourg hotel on the 6th floor. Even though the rooms were small (typical of Paris), they were well cleaned and comfortable.
