Well...due to construction, our taxi wasn't able to reach the front door, so we had to lug our bags three blocks. Once there, the room is comfortable, and the kitchen amenities allow you to save big bucks on meals, if you want to bring in your own food. Small fridge did an adequate job chilling my white wine. Decent size... More

Nice room and value for money. The apartment is with fully equipped kitchen. I choose an apartment at the top floor as there were no carpet and noise from an apartment above would go through the floor. But also noise from the street. How ever it is a walking street. Nice big bathtub for two persons Very friendly and helpful... More

The location is perfect, but with nearby building going on it's hard to find. As is the Novatel next door. Once you've found it, there is nothing missing. When you run out of supplies the comfort room on the 1st floor has everything needed. Towels, cotton buds, soap, etc.The bed was comfortable & the room has everything a serviced apartment should... Firstly the hotel id a 5 minute ride from the Gare du Nord if you use the RER and not much longer on the metro. The hotel is situated next to Les Halles and a short walk to either the Seine or the Pompidou centre and is surrounded by all types of places to eat at prices to suit all... More

In a hip area with the fountain and square nearby. Family room/apartment was great. Clean with everything we needed. The laundry and dryer facilities in the hotel were a saviour in washing some clothes. Construction of Les Halles Centre/metro station and new hotel next door was not a big disruption at all.. Very helpful at front desk but special mention... More

Negative: -arrived at 11am, was told a room would be ready at 1pm. Came back at 3pm and was told they need another 20 min. Checkin time is at 2pm -major construction outside hotel, i was dropped off 100 yards away since there is no access. I had to make multiple trips for luggage. -the 1 bedroom suite has 2... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Brilliant price and brilliant location. Within walking distance of most main attractions and a cheap taxi ride if it's too hot to walk. Room was comfy. Curtains and balcony door shut out all the noise and light and air con kept the room cool. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for 10 nights after getting a smoking deal for this place on Hotwire. We were on the 4th floor and although the area outside was noisy with the windows open (which we did to get fresh air once in a while) when closed the room was quiet. The construction is not a big deal although the project is... More

We've been going to Les Citadines twice a year for the last five or six years and have always loved the location and the fact that the apartments were always clean and well maintained. On arrival this time I noticed that the apartments hadn't been cleaned particularly well. Previously there was a daily change of towels if required and the... More

This apart-hotel is in an excellent location. It was only a 10 min walk to the louvre and a brisk 20 min walk to gallery Lafayette and shopping district. It is also only 10mins to the river and across to notre dame cathedral. All in all an excellent base for sightseeing. There is a great selection of local restaurants and... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
