Stayed at Citidines Les Halleshalles for 5 nights in April 2015. Staff very friendly on checkin and although early had a room ready in about 10 minutes. Good size room on top floor overlooking courtyard. Next to lift but very quiet. Hotel convenient to lots of attractions including Louvre, Notre Dame and other museums and attractions all within walking distance.... More

I spent four nights here with a friend. The room, or should I say studio was very clean. We had a nice view of the courtyard. The kitchen area came fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom was very nice as well. The bathroom was stocked with the typical soaps, shampoo, in addition to slippers and bathrobes. Location!... More

The hotel is no showstopper, but clean and good beds. The staff is helpfull and the location is great. We found it easier to use the northern most entrance to the Chatelet metro than the Les Halles, because of the construction. This will be fab in time though. Do not use the shuttle service to Orly offered by the hotel,... More

Nothing really to add to the other reviews other than to update and say, yes, the construction is still happening These are "apartments" so that the cleaning occurs once during your stay instead of everyday. If you are someone who changes their towels everyday at home, maybe this isn't for you. You can get fresh supplies for yourself anytime you... More

Near to the RER station. Convenient and great value. Only downside was when we were staying there on 13 April, air-conditioning was not working, and we were given the story that it's not working for the whole of Paris, which we think is quite a cock & bull story. Other than that, service was average.

This hotel is next to a very large building site currently (and it seems to be scheduled to continue until 2016) and the first room we were shown was directly opposite the site and noise from this and street below. We were then allowed to change to a room overlooking the internal courtyard, which was quite a bit better although... More

Visited Paris as our daughter was doing the Paris Marathon. Apartment very well situated close to the metro (fantastic value 2 day travel tickets from the local station). Very comfy beds, very clean and well set out. The only drawback was the noise when windows are open - I prefer fresh air rather than air condition. A little shop almost... More

I cannot give the place 5-stars because that would mean it was "without flaws". After going to my room, I noticed that there was a LOUD squeaking noise intermittently. It took me a while to realize that it was the elevator cables because the room was right next to the elevator (510). When I called down to request changing rooms... More

Had the most amazing time in Paris and this hotel was perfect for us! It was in an amazing location and was so central to everything, we walked most of the time as everything was so close! Metro and RER are next to the hotel and lots of places to eat and drink! Our hotel room was gorgeous and the... More

We stayed at the Citadines for three days in March. As a group of four we stayed in a one bedroom apartment. They staff was very friendly and accommodations were spacious and very clean. Location was excellent with many sites nearby and the rest easily accessible by the Metro which was a short walk. Would highly recommend!

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
