I thought I would either love or hate this hotel but it turned out to be just ok. The good points have got to be the price and the location. It is across the street from the Louvre and if you like walking you can easily walk to most of the main tourist attractions. The underground is just around the... More

I had a lovely stay at the Normandy Hotel. I chose it as it is centrally located to see all the major historical land marks with ease and access to the river. The hotel is just beautiful and the room was very comfortable and attractive. I enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs - very lush and delicious. I would... More

I booked this online because I was travelling around Europe. One thing that is fantastic about this hotel is the location, 3 minutes walk from the Louvre and just around the corner from the Hop on Hop off bus to tour around Paris. When we arrived we struck the rudest hotel staff I have come across, but we were tired... More

Just got back from a 4 night stay in Paris where we stayed at the Normandy Hotel. Definitely the most positive aspect of this hotel is the location - a few minutes walk from the Louvre and the beautiful "jardin des tuileries". We even walked to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel (40 minutes) and then walked back along the... More

The good: 1. Great location: close to Louvre, metro, and places to eat. Great for being able to explore many parts of Paris by walking or taking the close metro line. The nearby Metro stop can also take you to the train station quickly which is very helpful. 2. Staff: Very kind and helpful, patient, understanding, and are very knowledgable.... More

I stayed three nights in this hotel while on business. I enjoyed the location but the service was below any standard!! Staff is careless and untidy.
