Good hotel with excellent staff in a fabulous location near the Louvre and access to Paris. Staff couldn't be more helpful and made the stay very easy for me, in finding where i wanted to go, restaurants, taxi, metro. They have an excellent pool that for a hotel is big enough to get some exercise, but fitness area is good... More

This hotel is in a fantastic location: just across the street from the Tuileries metro stop (which was extremely convenient as we arrived by train/metro coming in from the Charles du Gaulle airport), on the Rue de Rivoli facing the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, right across the Seine from the Musée d’Orsay, and just up the street from the... Was there in June last year for business. Apart from the location there are no real positives. Old fashioned sure but it needs some updating, dark dingy musky rooms and wifi does not really work. Overpriced.

Originally had an apartment booked for family of 4 but due to mix up ended up initially in two rooms. Sorted out and upgraded to a great apartment. Service was great and restaurant breakfast buffet was great and was complimentary due to mix up with booking. Dinner at restaurant was yum Thx to staff for this help and great service.

We were originally placed in an awful room-- very small (by Europe standards!) dirty, run down (carpet), and the windows were wide open on a freezing night. When we closed the windows, we discovered why: the room smelled horrible, of cigarette smoke. We had twin beds that were teeeeeny. My six-foot tall travel companion didn't fit on his bed, and his... Having read one or two negative reviews of this hotel, I was a little apprehensive about my Christmas stay. Thankfully, my fears were put to rest from the moment we walked through to the beautiful reception. Clean, spacious and the same said for the staff who were also extremely friendly and helpful (especially James and Yuvraj). Rooms were immaculate and... More

We had a lovely visit and will 100% go back with the family. Good service and decent room service - fantastic location. Pool was nice. However the only sight negative aspect the spa was a waste of money and time. Do not pay for a service. The beauty technician was naive, not experienced and very unprofessional.

This was the worst hotel I booked on my European winter holiday. The most expensive and the one with the worst service. Not one hotel staff member tells you about the cost of using the Spa (which is dirty and needs a good scrub). So I went to use it for 15 mins and left as I was uncomfortable in... More

This hotel is so great, we booked by ourselves and got instant confirmation. Very near to a Metro and to almost all tourist spots. Walking distance to Champ Elysse and the Lafayette. The most important thing to us was the concierge and front desk service, they were so helpful, very cooperative and down-to-earth.
