Stayed here for a couple of nights in October. The hotel is so quaint, situated in a classic Parisian passage just off the Boulevard Montmartre and close to the Metro and bus routes. Ideally place for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants or just sitting and watching the world stroll by along the busy pavement. I had a perfectly acceptable room with 2... More

We stayed here for one night in September and had a lovely stay. Just my husband and I in a triple room. The room and bathroom were a good size and both very clean. The staff were lovely and friendly and really helped us out of a pickle when our prepaid taxi did not show. They made calls for us... More

Hi, I spent a couple of nights here in July. The building is a real charming old style French house, LOVELY!!!! It is located inside a beautiful French passage, right next to a very good (expensive) cafe where you can have breakfast (if you wake up too late for the breakfast in the hotel). The (small) room was way too... More

3 of us shared a room in this charming hotel for a 3 night stay in Paris. It was very adequate, in a handy location, with plenty of shops and eateries around. It's location down a shopping Kane was cute and it was very quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a fun budget hotel in Paris. The hotel is less than a block away from the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 307, a triple room and found it very comfortable and big in size. The bathrooms are nice and the shower is spacious. Overall the hotel is clean and quiet.... More

Friendly, helpful staff were always available. The location was great, with very easy access to tourist sites, walking and using the Metro. The shared computer was always available when the room's WiFi signal was not strong. The rooms were small but comfortable, the passage and hotel reception area charming. We did return for a couple of nights in August and would... More

Characterful hotel, centrally situated in the interesting Passage du Jouffroy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good value. Cheaper rooms without a view are small and dark, but comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for about 5 nights. The staff was helpful and nice, location was good and we walked to almost all of our sightseeing. The rooms were clean and nice. We ate breakfast here a couple of times and it was okay. It was a cozy, small hotel witch I recommend !

This is a good place to sleep if you're looking for an economical stay in Paris, well situated (close to Metro) and about 20 - 30 minute walk to Sacre Coeur. However, if you,re looking for more amenities such air conditioning, a comfortable bed; pay the extra money if you can. On our first night, we were given a tiny... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
