We spent a week here and enjoyed our stay very much - the discovery package was great. The front of house staff are very knowledgeable and professional, treating their guests with respect and at times with (necessarily) great patience. Breakfast was great with fresh cooked eggs available and attentive service. We specified a room away from the lift and the... More

This is a nice and charming boutique hotel in St Germain de Près - close to nice cafes and to good restaurants. The service is very good, the amenities are high quality Hermès products and there is a beautiful and convenient garden for smokers. Look for the Jazz nights at the bar... Simply great !

This was our first trip to Paris and the hotel was recommended by a friend. Lovely - just lovely. The staff on reception where friendly and helpful - special thanks to Audrey and Antoine and all the staff in general where very good. We stayed in a loft room facing the street - noise was not an issue and it... More

I am in total agreement with all previous positive reviews. It is a lovely place to stay. To me, the most memorable is the personable and helpful staff (particularly Jean, Luxman, Coralie), its location on the Left Bank close to the Seine, and lovely sitting room, garden courtyard, and breakfast dining room. Our 2nd floor room had been recently renovated... More

We have stayed here a number of times over the years and keep returning which speaks for itself. Staff always polite and friendly and very helpful . Concierge very helpful . Rooms upgraded since we last visited very tastefully. Love the bar with live jazz in the evenings.

On returning to Paris for a 4 night visit we thought of looking no further than hotel d abbusson. Excellent location for wlalks along the Seine, Notre Dame, Metro stations and of course the fantastic hustle and bustle of St Germain des Pres. Rooms are well furnished, excellent bed linen and toiletries provided, housekeeping was off an excellent standard. Sound... More

Note: I am a 20yr hotel executive. I researched every hotel in Paris before choosing d'Aubusson and could not be more pleased. When you arrive, the hotel lobby doors automatically open and staff is there to greet you with a warm welcome. Check in was flawless they provide you with a small tour while showing you to your beautifully appointed... More

By far, my new favorite hotel in Paris. We were upgraded from a deluxe room to a junior suite and the room was beautiful, yet very comfortable. The decor mixes old world charm with modern elegance. The bathroom is also beautifully marbled and appointed. I believe we were in one of the newly renovated rooms (which we'd requested based on... More

Good hotel, well located, but had a problem with my reservation. I Bought 2 nights in Brazil by the agency Decolar.com, with prepayment. When I did checkin was told by reception that the reservation was ok, but I had to make the payment because they had not recognized the prepayment done in Brazil. My discomfort was that if the hotel... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
