Would highly recommend. We had an amazing stay, stunning and perfect! We loved our room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. Perfect location, never tried the food though. Would happily return! Hopefully one day again

We had a wonderful stay here. The people were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was small but completely lovely. Nothing was lacking. Even though the hotel is only one block off the Champs, it was a quiet street.

Dear MGarrin, Thank you so much for your nice comment posted on Tripadvisor. I am glad to read that either the location of the hotel or the kindness of the team made your stay even better than expected. And, by the way, I do share with you your opinion about our rooms with the amazing view on the Eiffel Tower.... More

Stayed for one night on a romantic getaway with my girlfriend. Had a brilliant stay here and was overall very pleased with the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, with a brilliant large bed and a heated toilet seat (somewhat of a highlight) Great location, minutes away from the Champs Elysee, and next to one of... Hotel is just minutes from Champs Elysees - when you walk in seems stuffy but staff is quite friendly and always helpful. Room is small but quite adequate. I wouldn't advise breakfast at restaurant as small coffee and small oj 16 euro - no tip. Two blocks to Starbucks and McDonalds and other good breakfast stops. Good sidewalk dining within... More

Hotel Balzac is a really french decorated hotel situated in a very quiet street but only three minutes walking from the Champs Elysee. We met a friendly reception, got a beautifull room with view on the Eiffeltower and in the morning we enjoyed excellent breakfast. You want to come back here.

I found the hotel on Booking.com - it was reasonably priced and seemed to be well located. The staff were fastidiously helpful and friendly - they seem genuinely to care about their guests' comfort. It is close to the Arc de Triomphe and the other major tourist sites but obviously that means all the other nonsense that goes with such... More

Our stay was enjoyable. The room décor and cleanliness was good. There was easy access to the interstate but it was quiet. There were restaurants and places to shop conveniently nearby. Parking space was very adequate and I felt safe walking outside and to and from my room. To improve guest services, I'd suggest adding meat, i.e. sausage, bacon or... More

Good quality hotel and competitively priced for its location and standard. No external noise even with the Windows open at night. Hotel temperature was very high and the AC was poor. Cash went missing from our room during the day. We should have locked the cash away or kept it on our person's so simply reported it and carried on.... More

Dear Wadoj, I am sorry to read your disappointment about members of my team. It is exactly the opposite of how we are and of the type of service we are proud to provide to our guests. As it was explained on site, and upon your request, a lock check has been done and show that except our housekeeper and... More

One of my biggest bug bears with hotels is being sold a room that is supposedly 5 star when they simply do not deliver the facilities or service that is commensurate to the claim. I stayed in the Hotel Balzac for one night on business. This is my second visit at the Balzac. THE SAUNA: For the unsuspecting readers of... More

Dear UKGourmand, After reading your comment you posted on TripAdvisor, it will be difficult to me to express by writing how frustrated and distressed I feel about the bad experience you had with us during your stay.
