Located on a quiet street, near Montparnasse, 10 minutes walk from St Germain too. The welcome is warm, you can seat in the elegant classically furnished lobby where you will take breakfast if you are in a mood. Or go to l"Atelier 2 minutes away on Boulevard Montparnasse and see Parisians go to work while enjoying a grand crème. The... More

Location is great, just 50m from Metro line12 Notre-Dame des-Champs and close to Luxembourg park. We were upgraded to supiror room. Cozy room although small. Excellent service and very good breakfast. Some good restaurants a block or two. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and we could not have asked for a more charming hotel. The location was fantastic, with all main Metro lines within close walking distance. there were ample bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with the tourist information! We ordered a continental breakfast in bed which... More

We were 4 young friends visiting Paris for the first time so it was so great to have adjoining rooms! Fantastic location, very near to two metro stations, as well as lots of lovely resturants within walking distance! Gorgeous hotel, felt very Parisian! Rooms bigger then we expected, so had plenty of space, not that you spend much time in... More

Everything we could have wanted in a Paris hotel: great neighborhood, several restaurants within walking distance, romantic rooms, friendly service, comfortable beds. I wish we could go back tomorrow!

This charming hotel is well located. Especially people who do not like big hotel complexes will come back because of the Sainte-Beuves individuality. Very friendly and helpful people help make your stay a truely great parisian experience.

Hotel staff Doa & Ivan very helpful & outright pleasant. Room adequate clean nice balcony fairly comfortable bed. A/C was lacking.. Central safe good neighborhood within walking distance of lots of attractions transportation shopping and restaurants ( except August time of "holiday") with multiple eating establishments closed. Hotel earns 4 stars on service personnel & location.

My wife and I spent a week at the Hotel St Beuve and such a wonderful Paris experience. The hotel is in a quiet part of St Germain (not many tourists) but very close to the Luxemburg Gardens and only 5 mins on the metro to pretty much any where you would want to go. The staff (Ivan and Doa)... More

This is such a fantastic hotel with excellent customer service. The staff are extremely helpful and were very good at pointing out the nearest metro stations, restaurants and things to do during our stay. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious (we had a superior room) and we found the breakfast tasty too! Would definitely recommend to others and we... More

Having flown direct from Sydney to Paris arriving early morning, the staff did their magic with their reservations to make our room available, a real blessing. A large room, especially for Paris was a nice surprise, though lift is typical of most boutique hotels in Paris for size. A great location to explore Paris all the main attractions within walking... Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
