We arrived at this boutique hotel from a family trip in Disneyland Paris and were expecting to enjoy another great trip in the lovely city of Paris but unfortunately it didn't start off very well. There was no friendly Bellboy to help us out with the baggage. The hotel had one staff when we checked in. I say this again.... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your comments and feedback about our service and staff. We value the opinions of our guests very much and use them to improve as much as possible. You are absolutely right, we only have one staff at night until 7 am. Due to the limited number of rooms in the hotel and the cost of... More

we moved to élysées mermoz after staying from the artsy Montmartre because we want to be close to the city at the end of our trip. Walking distance to Champs Élysées & the FDR & Louis Phillips metro station. Restaurants, boulangeries & brazeries within reach just below the hotel.Pretty quiet & safe place. Good room size.clean restrooms w/the shower separate... More

I stayed for three nights in last December/early January and was impressed from the outset. The initial check-in was seamless with helpful reception who were patient with non French speaking guests and always willing to provide assistance. The rooms were freshly renovated and impeccably clean, serviced daily. The hotel itself had a lot of character with its decor and art... More

This is quite a small hotel - 22 rooms - recently renovated as an 'Art-centred' boutique hotel. It is extremely well situated just off Champs Elysees at Franklin Roosevelt, and within 5 minutes walk of two metro stations. We had a classic room, suitably 4 star appointed, but typical of Paris hotels in being on the small side. Bathroom spotless... More

Small room for a large price even on Paris standards. I paid the same to stay at the Westin across from the Louvre. No staff to bring your things up. Wifi is a plus for free. Location is a plus. No wash cloths, no iron, NO PARKING. One staff member/concierge was nice, the other was rude, questioned if I was... More

I was booked into this hotel by firm I was working at nearby. The only room they has was a junior suite. Although this was very spacious, particularly by Paris standards, I found it expensive - but then I think all Paris hotels are expensive. Room service was advertised. tried to order a sandwich at lunchtime one day only to... More

Super friendly English spoken staff. All staff that I have met during the 3 nights stay were all friendly, helpful and polite. Especially Ms Patricia. Location wise is near Champ Elysees and walking distance to shopping area at Rue du St Fabourg and Rue de St Honore. Good selection for breakfast too.

Hotel Elysees Mermoz is a lovely small hotel tucked in the quiet and secured area of the 8th Arrondissement, surrounded by offices, art galleries and small restaurants (try Makoto Aoki just across its front door). It is around the block to Rue Saint Honore and Champs-Elysees and a very short walk to the Tuileries. It has an elegant contemporary interior... More

Neighborhood Profile
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
