With cozy rooms, helpful staff, and a prime location this hotel was the perfect place from which to walk to many of the main Parisian attractions. It is two minutes from the Metro station for access to more distant locations. The hotel restaurant was rather expensive, but there are many fine eateries nearby.

These are the names of the goldfish which live on the reception counter, in crystal clear water. I agree with others that the hotel is in a perfect location with helpful staff. The room we had, #17, seemed large in comparison to those in other hotels we have used in Paris. The staff is exceptional. Although we did not need... More

The 7th district(arondissement) is one of the more quiet ones in Paris, and although the hotel is a 100 meters off a major roundabout with the necessary amount of traffic, including busses, and the metro, it is quiet inside thanks to a good isolation. The standard double was clean and not as tiny as I had imagined, but the bathroom... More

We usually write to the prospective hotels before booking them. We ask a simple question, such as if they can recommend any tours or if they have an elevator. If they don’t respond, we send them a second question request, if they still don’t respond, we look for another place to stay. The reason we do this is to test... More

Dear guest, Thank you very much for this nice comment. It was a great pleasure to welcome you in our hotel. Indeed customer service is very important to us: when people come to Paris, we are aware that they have heard of it, but they don’t know about all the little tricks of this city. As we leave here, we... More

We visited Paris for the first time last year, and stayed here for 3 days. Located in the 7th arr., the hotel is close to the metro (Ecole Militaire), 24 hour cafes and Rue Cler. The staff speak English well, and are super helpful. Breakfast is wonderful, with a great view of the street corner, and I got to know... More

The hotel location was fantastic. 15mins walk to Eiffel Tower, 20+mins to Champs Elysees. 2mins walk to the metro line - Ecolie Militaire. Staff were extra special. Not only giving you the best way to get to your destination but making sure all your enquiries are answered. I'll surely be back. Not a 5-star rating because the room was smaller... More

Very nice place. Not super extravagant, some of the fixtures need updating but everything was clean and well cared for. The staff was super helpful and accommodating in finding reservations. The location is ideal. The rooms are small but not super tiny like I have seen in Europe before. Very much would recommend it.

We booked the Eiffel room, which is a triple room. The view of the Eiffel Tower from bed was wonderful! Be aware the room is very small, but it has three windows and an adequate bathroom. It was perfect for our family of three. The staff was very, very nice and professional. I personally love the location in the 7th... More

Horrible experience started when we entered - poor lobby and poor frontage with really facilities - saw a woman struggling with a suitcase to a tiny lift which could barely hold anything. Spiral staircase at the side of the desk front were what other customers were using to go up - the stairs were perilously dangerous when we used them... More

This comfortable hotel is reasonably priced, has a multi-lingual and extremely helpful staff and is in an excellent location. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The wi-fi was reliable - I had three hours of webex meetings using it without a hitch. The hotel is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. I will be back.
