Paris can be a tricky place to find a good place to stay, especially if you are not willing to remortgage your house while you are away. The hotel room was fairly small, but it had a nice bathroom, nice bed, tv (with 2 english channels!) and a large window that opened into a quiet street. We found this hotel to be charming. Though the rooms were very small, they were adequately furnished and the tiny balcony on the street with ivy in the window box was the perfect antidote to winter in the states.
