Very conveniently located. The rooms are charming, and there's a nice library to choose from. the kitchen is well stocked for breakfast and snacks. Nice terrace one can sit on. Hot water in the shower.

Ah, the windows and the balconies... To die for. It was one of the best Paris experiences. Central location, excellent connection to transportation and wonderful host that knows how to make his guests happy.

Let me first say that the location could not be better in Paris. You are right smack in the middle of convenience and charm. Everything about this place was cool, starting with the vintage but safe elevator to the fifth floor to the wonderful and bright light and decor of the flat, to the food in the refrigerator/cupboards along with... Our stay in Paris in the incredibly, centrally located Domingo rooms, was made so pleasurable with the warm and friendly hospitality offered by Domingo and his rooms. It was great to have someone with such passion and knowledge of his home town, allowing us to find and explore Paris beyond the know tourist destinations.

My second stay at Domingo's was just as great as the first one in 2012: right between the lively area of Les Halles and the beautiful Marais with its small cafes, restaurants and shops, this b&b is located in the very heart of Paris. Domingo is not only friendly and uncomplicated, but also provides his guest with any help one... More

I spent 2 nights Chez Domingo this weekend. The owner is warm; witty and knowledgeable. He is fluent in English so was spared my less-than-fluent French and I got a great deal of local information that I understood fully for a change. My room was large; clean and full of character overlooking a classic Parisian shabby-chic courtyard. These are all... More

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this was the right place for our brief return trip to Paris. We instantly loved the room we stayed in which was very comfortable, and we felt very at home in Domingo's apartment. We appreciated the breakfast he offered. He was a great host and conversationalist, and gave us a... More

My family and me really enjoy our stay in Domingo Rooms. The locaction is perfect. You are in one of the best quarters in Paris (Marais). Domingo is a nice host. It's a pleasure to talk with him about "everything". We slept very well in our beds. The kitchen is always open. So you could take from the fridge whenever... More

I really felt at ease staying at Domingo's. This is the very opposite of impersonal, rather formal hotels with receptions, breakfast times and all this: exactly what I was looking for. The room is bigger than most hotel rooms, comfortable with a nice huge balcony full of plants. The entire flat is nicely and individually equipped with colourful paintings and... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
