Room smelled horribly like cigarettes and it was very hot in the room the whole trip. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The concierge was very helpful though.

The Raphael is a wonderful hotel! The service is outstanding, the staff friendly, helpful and courteous. The Metro has a stop immediately in front of the hotel so that you can easily get around.
