We went to Paris for 5 nights and stayed in this one for 3 days. It doesn't have air con and it isn't roomy. It does have a lift but only for 2 people or 1 person and luggage, but it is lovely and odd. The staff were helpful and it is very central for getting to places. The Metro... More

We discovered this lovely Hotel through a recommendation in a newspaper article and were there for four nights in July. The building itself is charming and our twin bedded room, on the corner of the fourth floor was beautifully clean with comfortable beds and very good linen. The recently refurbished bathroom was excellent. The weather was very hot and I... More

This hotel is beautiful and with so much character, and well situated in the fun Marais area; we walked everywhere---Louvre, Arc du Triomphe, Tour Eiffel, even Montmartre (that one's an hour-long and beautiful walk, but there is also easy train and bus transportation if you choose) and, of course, Notre Dame and the Seine just minutes away. Just behind the... More

My wife and I were here for 5 nights in July. We had a very comfortable and large 6th floor room. While it was in the 80,s for two days the open windows kept us very cool. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the sights. Only drawback was the wi-fi reception in... More

I cannot wait to return to Paris and spend another two weeks at this charming hotel! My single room was well priced, immaculate and the luxury of fresh sheets every day! They discourage "picnicking" in the rooms all to the benefit of guests who can gather nightly in the breakfast room with their dinner or wine, cheese and pate and... More

I booked this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews for a 3 night birthday surprise for my boyfriend. It was both of our first times visiting Paris and we weren't disappointed. Though we spent minimum time in the hotel as the days were spent exploring the city, it was small but in a lovely cosy winter warming way. We didn't... More

This hotel is superb - we were given a top floor room for our 4 person family from Canada. It is a small apartment with amazing character, plenty of space, a lovely rooftop view and the most comfortable beds we had on our 30 day Europe tour. The hotel is close by great restaurants and amazing eclectic shops. You can... More

Unless you have to stay in the Marais this hotel is just average. The Marais is not what it used to be and you are prob better off a bit further from the centre. Avoid the breakfast as its overpriced for piece of bread and poor coffee. Service from reception was lukewarm and disinterested. Nothing springs to mind that is... More

This hotel is a great value! Small, well appointed rooms, friendly, safe, immaculate, with fantastic staff helpful in all things. I have returned once and plan to do so again. Location is perfect, close to St. Paul Metro. My only concern about this wonderful little hotel is that writing a good review might spoil a good secret.

We stayed 4 nights at this well located hotel. Our room was great, with an innovative folding partition to make the shower/sink private. There was plenty of space for my husband, daughter and I. The street outside our window was quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. The neighborhood is very restful, with the Place des Vosges just 2 blocks... More
