We stayed for three nights in August 2014. This hotel is in need of some serious maintenance. We booked the superior room and it was tiny so I can't even imagine how small the standard rooms are. Our bathroom had holes in the ceiling with water dripping from one of them. The shower is the wrong height so you have... More

My daughter and I had four lovely nights at the Lenox in Room 14, twin beds, high ceilings with beautiful plaster work, larger windows opening out to julliette balconies and a spacious bathroom. The street is quiet and very close to the Seine, Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, St. Germain shops and restaurants. Easy walk 20 minute to Rodin museum, Luxembourg Gardens,... More

We originally had a classique room which has a good size bathroom and quaint, tight bedroom. Then upgraded to a gorgeous two floor room which had a lot of character and charm. Worth upgrading. The manager is uber helpful and ensures you enjoy your stay. Great loction- walk to the Seine in 4 mins, the Louvre in 15 mins, Saint-Germain... More

The hotel is in a fantastic location if you want to walk to the famous sights in Paris. My wife and I had two days in Paris and were able to walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower which are within 20 minutes walk. The hotel felt safe and was very clean and the bed comfortable. I would... More

We stayed in two rooms for four nights. The staff was very helpful and nice depending who you got. Let's start with the positive, location location location! If you walk out and turn one way you are at Les Deux Magots and St. Germain Des Pres church ( the oldest in Paris ) in a five minute walk. If you... More

As many other hotels the rooms are small. We slept in a standard room with twin rooms and it was ok. The bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit run down. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (they charged 16 euro). The location is perfect. It takes 2 min to walk to the metro station and close... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Lenox and found it to be average. The concierges were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean, but there were definite downfalls to the hotel. First, the room was exceptionally small. I know it's Paris, but this was our second Parisian hotel on our trip and this was much... More

Yes the guest rooms are very small, but the staff more than makes up for it. Our concierge Dany was a wonderful guide, always helpful. The common areas were comfortable and inviting. But the best part was the location in Saint Germaine, a couple of blocks from the Siene. Great arty area, wonderful shops, cafes and a general untouristy feel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Physical property is shabby, dirty, and unkept. Bathroom ceiling & lights falling down. Paint chipped and worn everywhere. Room extremely tiny. Holes in walls. Amenities broken. Anyone in charge of maintenance?
