I have stayed at Hotel Lenox about 5-6 times and have always been happy there...great location, very cozy, good service. This time it was very different. The room had so many things broken and even when I complained, nothing was done about it and I was not compensated at all. Shower head...broken magnifying mirror...arm broken toilet paper holder...ripped off the... More

My husband and I spent 8 wonderful nights here for our honeymoon. Our room was small, but perfect. We had a cabinet that fit all of our clothes, so we did not have to live out of suitcases. The bathroom was spacious, and had a blow dryer which was a must for me! The balcony was the cherry on top... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Lenox hotel at the end of August. It has been a nightmare. The "rue de l'Université" was under construction and noise was starting at 06:00 in the morning (one day, it was at 04:00). We could not use the air conditionning system as it was shut down at night. We had to open windows... More

We stayed for three nights in August 2014. This hotel is in need of some serious maintenance. We booked the superior room and it was tiny so I can't even imagine how small the standard rooms are. Our bathroom had holes in the ceiling with water dripping from one of them. The shower is the wrong height so you have... More

My daughter and I had four lovely nights at the Lenox in Room 14, twin beds, high ceilings with beautiful plaster work, larger windows opening out to julliette balconies and a spacious bathroom. The street is quiet and very close to the Seine, Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, St. Germain shops and restaurants. Easy walk 20 minute to Rodin museum, Luxembourg Gardens,... More

We originally had a classique room which has a good size bathroom and quaint, tight bedroom. Then upgraded to a gorgeous two floor room which had a lot of character and charm. Worth upgrading. The manager is uber helpful and ensures you enjoy your stay. Great loction- walk to the Seine in 4 mins, the Louvre in 15 mins, Saint-Germain... More

The hotel is in a fantastic location if you want to walk to the famous sights in Paris. My wife and I had two days in Paris and were able to walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower which are within 20 minutes walk. The hotel felt safe and was very clean and the bed comfortable. I would... More

We stayed in two rooms for four nights. The staff was very helpful and nice depending who you got. Let's start with the positive, location location location! If you walk out and turn one way you are at Les Deux Magots and St. Germain Des Pres church ( the oldest in Paris ) in a five minute walk. If you... More

The Room was very small(which is normal in PARIS),but we asked if they could find us a room a Little larger, and they did.It was much nicer. The breakfast was served in the Bar area ,and... More

As many other hotels the rooms are small. We slept in a standard room with twin rooms and it was ok. The bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit run down. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (they charged 16 euro). The location is perfect. It takes 2 min to walk to the metro station and close... More
