We arrived quite late in the afternoon and our room was not ready. That would have been OK if we had arrived early but we were in fact quite late, well after normal book in time. They did give us a meal while we waited. However, eventually, I found myself sitting in a small room with a computer for company... More

I stayed at the Four SeasonGeorge vi for 4 nights in June , it is a beautiful building in Avenue George v, just off the Champs élysées. The reception is very bright and airy, with huge glass vases filled daily with magnificent floral displays. The doormen in their finery are Descrete and impeccably polite, check in was efficient and welcoming.... More

Always wanted to stay in this hotel but never had the money ! My wife's big birthday convinced me otherwise and we weren't disappointed. Exceptional service from the moment of arrival. We were upgraded to a junior suite with private terrace and views of the city- bottle of chilled champagne and birthday cake in room. We had booked lunch in... More

I went to have a cocktail and listen to the wonderful music. I was greeted by some of the most genuinely nice staff of this beautiful hotel. I was made to feel at home and had lovely conversations with couples from Boston and Seattle. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the greeters at the front with their long tailed jackets... I was taken violently ill after eating at the hotel despite having returned my food twice to have it further cooked. I knew exactly what led me to become ill as my only meal until the moment I was taken over my sickness was at the Four Seasons. I was on business and had to seriously struggle through 2 days... Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
