This is one of the most atmospheric hotels in the world. A million miles away from a global 5 star bland same-in-any-city hotel, this is a unique, parisian luxurious experience. The hotel was one of the first hotels to pioneer the 360 degree approach to its design and it truly does capture all the senses - the first thing you... More

Coming to this hotel since years now - mostly for 1 night only. Last time I enjoyed a cabaret show in Paris. The food, the service in the restaurant as well as the rooms - are always top!! Expensive? Yes! But it is definitive woth it! Old fashioned meets modern, somehow sexy - but classy!! Love it! The design of... More

A lovely atmospheric old vibe bar. We just stayed for drinks but enjoyed both the decor and the atmosphere, which was super busy and buzzing. Drinks were rather expensive but tasted great and served by courteous and polite staff. Recommended for chilled drinks.

This hotel i could highly recommend, both to stay in or having a nice meal there. I always recommend the hotel to my friends when they go to Paris because everythig is chic and gorgeous there. I love the room facing the indoor patio where you can hear the hum of voices from down stairs! The staff is okay but... More

I was recommended to come to the hotel bar/restaurant for dinner or drinks and am glad i did. The atmosphere is very sexy with red velvet couches and real candlestick lighting everywhere. I also like the fact that we were able to order dinner so late, I think it was near midnight and people were still in there eating past... More

Yes this place is unique and arguably has the best "scene" in Paris but do yourself a favor and don't stay here. As a restaurant and bar its hard to beat but as a hotel it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are absolutely terrible, they are tiny, dark as can be and... More

The main reason to stay at Costes is for the scene, and you don't need to stay there in order to partake in that aspect. The hotel takes "shabby chic" one step too far, especially at this price point. My issues: - the lighting in my room was horrible. Even when I finally figured out the dimmers, I still couldn't... We recently stayed at the Hotel Costes for 2 nights for part of our 20th wedding anniversary celebrations, travelling from Australia. Upon arrival at the hotel it became evident that although most of the staff speak English, many of them are either used to dealing with people who speak French, or they don't particularly like speaking English. It also appeared... More
