This is a lovely little hotel. The highlights were the courtyard which is just beautiful, and a lovely place for a late night digestif from the honesty bar; and the breakfast which was sumptuous and generous. The hotel benefits from a wonderful location, and there are plenty of options to eat in the area. The room we stayed in was... More

Really flawless. From the service to the interior. A nice enclosed courtyard in front of the hotel ensures you a quiet sleep. Stayed for 3 nights on the top floor in a corner room, and the size was, for Paris standards, reasonable. 24/7 room service and honesty bar are a +. Location is authentic French with beautiful architecture and typical... More

I visited Paris last year after almost 20 years n my girlfriend with whom I was travelling picked this little gem of a hotel for our weekend away! What a gorgeous hotel this is! Lovely hotel and very good location in a nice part of Paris. There are great restaurants just a short walk away. The property is very quaint and quiet with a large courtyard in front. The accommodation was perfect with everything required and service was first rate. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location, exquisite environment, very professional and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and very cozy atmosphere. I recommend to eat at a restaurant next to the hotel (don't remember the name) not cheap as everything in Paris but really nice. Choices suggested by concierge didn't really impress me and my friends.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel. It was our oasis and we loved everything about it. It's beautiful location in the Marais next to the Place des Voges makes getting to all of the highlights in Paris easy, just a few blocks from the Metro, and you can return every day to a little oasis. The courtyard is... More

I haven't been to Paris in years and was taking my teenage daughter. We wanted to be in a smaller hotel but not too small and one that was in a great neighborhood. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Our room (46) was big, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet and evening wine service was excellent. It was just... More

The three main reasons for recommending this hotel are - Location. Les Vosges is a lovely square, still close to everything that is great with Marais, such as shops, restaurants and cafes. Ten minutes away from the more touristy centre of Marais (Rue du vielle Temple) - Service. Throughout our whole stay the service was very kind and attentive, from... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
