Our second stay at the hotel and just as memorable. We got an upgrade to a lovely, quiet room. Just before Christmas so all the lights were lit up in the courtyard. It is a wonderful location too and this time we were able to visit the Picasso Museum around the corner. A huge treat. There is no restaurant but... More

We had the luck to spend 1 night in this marvelous hotel last week-end. It's definitly one of the best place to stay if you want to discover the real Paris. You'll be surprised by the place, hidden, so charming and luxurious and so calm ! The staff was very welcoming. We had a wonderful room, lovely decorated in the... More

Only had one night here but was impressed with what I saw in that time. Right across the street from the Place De Voges, which is a great park to take a stroll in or just sit and people watch, you can tell Le Pavillon de la Reine is a luxury hotel from the minute you approach from the street.... From the moment you cross their threshold till the time you check out you are treated as if you are the only guest in the hotel. Our two story loft style room was beautiful, quiet and extremely comfortable. Nestled in a courtyard in Les Voges this hotel ranks right up there with any five star International hotel in Paris. I... We stay here because of its location off the street giving you a sanctuary if you like from the bustle of Paris in Spring, the Place des Vosges adjacent is well utilised and nice for a lay and read your book. lots of bars and cafe close and the open freepour bar in the hotel is an added bonus. the... Although I travel frequently to Paris for work, decided to splurge on someplace nice for a New Year's visit with my partner. It's pricey but good value with well-appointed rooms and excellent service. They do a remarkably fine job with breakfast, especially given the tight quarters and large number of guests. Location is great to walk to heart of Marais... More

Really an pavilion in the middle of the city. Relaxing. Good breakfast. Rooms pretty small, even the suites are small. Furniture a lil bit old, rooms with dark carpets, makes the hotel look dark. However clean.

We stayed with 5 friends in a suite and double room. The rooms are nicely decorated; not too big, however this is Paris! The breakfast is abundant and the very nice lady who served us everyday knew by heart what each of us wishes. She was nice, interrested and fast.

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
