This is a wonderful family hotel as the different configuration of rooms suited us. The staff could not be nicer; they felt like family and treated us as such. The concierges made arrangements for very nice restaurants within walking distance for our 12 and they were all accommodating as to seating arrangements and food requirements. There were a couple of... More

I stayed at the Lancaster for 1x night. Location is convenient, just off the Champs-Elysees with closest metro station being George V. From there it is a 3min walk to the hotel. Staff was friendly upon arrival and upgraded me to a double room free of charge as my travel agent booked a single room by accident. The room was... More

This is a great hotel very close to the Champs Elysees. I am not in agreement with other reviewers about this hotel, as we had a completely different experience. My husband had booked the hotel for a surprise birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. We were greeted amicably at reception and shown to our room, which was on the... More

The Hotel Lancaster is exquisite boutique hotel where a rake could impress his mistress but where a wise husband would stoke with his wife the passion they forged together in their eternal journey. Once a series of townhouses of a rich Spanish baron, the Lancaster Hotel was the home where the iconic Marlene Dietrich entertained Joe Kennedy and Clarke Gable.... More

This was our first visit to Paris so we relied on American Express Platinum Travel to book this hotel. Supposedly it is a "Fine Hotels and Resorts". We arrived and were greeted half heartedly by 2 people at the desk. They looked like they were doing multiple jobs at once and were not very focused. They told us our room... More

Coming from a. Long trip, I pit stopped at this hotel for couple of nights. If is located a rue de berri that is 200 meters away from the champs. Very practical for the shopping, accessibility and movement. Many good bistro are locate close to the hotel and it's in vicinity. Recommend the close by PDG burger close to hotel

First of all, the hotel is in a great location near the Champs Elysees. However, it is no where close to a 4 star. It is so outdated and poorly maintained. When I checked in I was very disappointed so I asked to see another room and offered to pay extra and the front desk said there was no availability... More

For work and pleasure my family and I usually stick to the familiarity of Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons, but for this trip we decided to branch out at the suggestion of American Express Platinum Travel Services. They suggested the Langham in London (great), Lancaster in Paris (horribly), and the Borgo Egnazia in Puglia, Italy (great). From the moment we arrived at... More

Dear Guest, I feel really sorry that we have not been able to meet your expectations and I do apologize. The suite on the 8th floor (top floor of the building) is accessible by a direct elevator because on this floor there is only the fitness room and this suite. We are sorry that you did not like this specific... More

This hotel was a big disappointement for one of this category. Aside from the location (close to the Champs Elysees), the great airconditioning and the high quality of the concierge service, this hotel does not compare to other 5 star hotels in major European capitals and other cities we have visited f(London, Rome, Milan, Florence and Madrid). We had reserved... More

My husband and just returned from our second stay at this hotel. I reviewed it on TripAdvisor at that time. So won't go into great detail except to say the best just keeps getting better!
