Our trip consisted of Rock En Seine festival, Disneyland and sightseeing and Art Hotel did the job of providing a great base for us. Yes, the rooms are small but very cosy, the bed was super comfy (just what you need after all day walking) and the shower was powerful. I agree that the rooms have very thin walls and... More

art hotel de hauetville off le lafayette near gard du nord train station. We loved Paris and will return, were we stayed was ok the rooms were clean but very small and wouldn't want to stay longer than a couple of days. There were no drink facillities in the room so had to pay 3 euros if you wanted a... More

The room was spotlessly clean and modern but very small. We found the bed small and the bathroom tiny. We were not keen on the area close to the hotel, there were homeless people close to the Metro station.....

The hotel is in a centric zone of Paris, but you need to walk three blocks to the nearest metro station and this makes things really hard when you return from a whole day of sightseeing. The rooms are small but clean. You better be careful with the toilette paper and the amenities you get when you check in the... More

The hotel is near Brochant Metro (zone 1) on line 13, about 3km from Arc d'triomphe and thus a good base to explore paris. The neighbourhood seemed OK and definitely not dangerous/unsafe during my 4 nights stay here. The Rooms are SMALL but I suppose for the money I paid for it & considering that this is expensive central Paris, I... More

The hotel is okay, everything about it okay, BUT the room insulation is horrible! So, unless you're willing to wake up at 8am sharp everyday to the sounds of doors slamming, people actually knocking on doors with neighbors and them carrying on conversation in hallway (all of which you will hear crystal clear as if you're standing right next to... I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and quite luxurious, especially for the price you pay. Location is perfect. Metro stops are not too far away. The staff is nice and very helpful. They printed some documents for me for free. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes! This is value for money. Functional, pretty new, well presented and with a friendly staff that looked like they knew what they were doing. Very clean and neat. Loved the double shower. Walking distance (about 3-4 minutes) from the Brochant underground stop. The rooms are a bit on the tiny side of things so make sure you don't take... More

This hotel was the cheapest central hotel I could find on a June weekend in Paris, with 3 or more stars. Let me get my little gripe out the way first. I contacted the hotel before I made the booking to check there was at least an English news channel to watch the DDay commemorations on, I was advised by... More

Very nice and clean rooms. Rooms are quite small but was comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Brochant Metro Station, and brasseries and cafés. Would recommend to anyone who is on a budget when in Paris.
