Staff very friendly, speaking good English, beds comfortable. Room was small for two person, quite dark at the back of the hotel on the 3th floor and window facing the gorge. Breakfast was very good and all service excellent.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, the window looked to the inside yard, there was a wall of the neighbor building in two meters. The hotel itself is situated on a small street, which is not always indicated on the maps, so it took time to find it going from Gard de Nord

Dear Елена, Many thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. We hope that you enjoyed your stay despite small inconveniences and we apologize for the bathroom; we will be more attentive in the future. Indeed our rooms on street side have a best view but our rooms on court side have the advantage to be really quiet. Our... More

The location is very good, 20 min from Louvre, 10 min form Printemps etc, 15 min to Monmartre, 15 min to the Canal St Martin. The hotel is trendy and the first impression is very nice. The room is tiny (although we were expecting it) but somewhat uncomfortable: the stylish clothing hangers are unhandy and useless. The sink is just... More

Dear Karina l, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy that you were satisfied with our location. Indeed we are very close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, also the Louvre museum, Montmartre and the Canal St Martin… It’s a pity that you didn’t appreciate our room design. Actually the sink part is separated from the shower, as... More

Because I visited Paris for business reasons, price and location were important and this hotel was still available while most others were not. It's a small place, but strangely enough very close to the Folies Bergères. That didn't cause any discomfort but that place does attract lots of people (and often well worth the watch :)) Several friends stayed in... More

This hotel was nice, it was modern and the people who worked there were very friendly. Unfortunately they hadn't been taught by the manager because she was not very nice and did not know how to behave towards customers. We had a room for three persons, which were named a "junior suite". The name could make you think of luxury... More

We booked this hotel after a lot of research online, as it seemed budget friendly and rooms looked good. But we were in for a little disappointment! First the good points - front desk during the day was very sweet and helpful. Rooms were clean when we arrived and seemed like a good deal over all. Then the problems -... More

Very easy to find with a perfect metro connection to the center. The staff is very friendly but not always knowledgeable of eating out options in the area. The rooms was really tiny but very clean. Overall a great option to stay in Paris.

We have stayed in the hotel for five nights during our visit to Paris. Rooms are quite small but it didn't bother us much since we spend most of our time outside and only came back to our room for a night sleep and a shower. It would be nice to have a proper wardrobe instead of four rather small... More

I wanted to stay somewhere fairly central but not pay an excessive amount, although I know that's asking a lot in Paris. This hotel was very well located - a 10m walk from GDN Station, there were also lots of nice restaurants and bars on the same road / nearby and Cadet metro station is about 2 mins away. So... More

Dear Cravecraven, Thank you for your review. As you said, our hotel is really well located close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est and our area is very dynamic (bars, restaurants, shops, museums, theaters…) Next times, if you need a kettle or a fridge don’t hesitate to ask the Front Desk. Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
