Only two minutes walk from Anvers metro station and you see the hotel on your left. A very small reception with a polite gentleman who speaks English and will hand you your key giving you all kinds of information you want. This was my sixth time in Paris though so I didn't have anything to ask. Once you climb the... More

Great location, the room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Staff were nice. Like other reviews have stated: the rooms are small, no elevator, if you have the window open there is serious street noise going on throughout the night. The shower drain in our room was slow.

Very basic, budget (cheap, I would say, if you are comparing with other central accomodations in Paris) option if you need a bed/room to sleep. We didn't have breakfast included in the price, but if you are still here it is a pity eating at the hotel instead of one of the greatest patisseries!

We spent 5 nights here, unfortunately for the last 2 nights I was unwell with a very painful throat infection. The hotel staff were lovely. They arranged for a doctor to come and see me and there was no problem staying in until I felt better. Otherwise we had no real issues, there was a little street noise but you... More

Room is very comfortable and the hotel is located in a very good location, 5 mins walk from the metro station, very friendly staffs and free wifi cover the whole building, the only thing is without elevator, it's difficult to carry the luggage with the stairs.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Montmartre, at walking distance (barely 3 minutes!!) from metro station Abbesses and Pigalle. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is no elevator (but for my experience this is most of the time the case in these small hotels in Montmartre), my room was quite big (I was alone and they... More

I just spent 4 nights at Luxelthe on rue Houdon. I had booked a double room and asked for one high up and on the street. I got just what I had wanted. The room was 504, at the very top, with a tiny balcony with table and chairs and a view up the hill to Sacre Coeur. The double... More

Handy location - average hotel! Room very small and to echo the comments of previous reviewer - beware of the stairs which were pretty much falling apart however the room served it's purpose although there really isn't any room to move! Saying that there's a metro station and supermarket 2 mins away and up the hill is Montmartre and the... More

Being a hospitality and tourism professional, the following is my objective and honest feedback: - If you are an elederly, with children, or with heart/blood pressure or back problems, PLEASE avoid staying at this property as there is no elevator and the stairs are extremely steep with danger to fall (I tripped a few tmes myself) and had to leave... This hotel was in a perfect location, a few minutes walk from Pigale metro station and very close to Montmartre. When booking, I was wary of the location being so close to Clichy with its reputation at night, but was a very safe location and after staying, I do not know what I was worrying about! Friendly hotel staff, but... More
