Excellent location. 2 minutes to Saint-Michel metro station, 5 minutes to RER and the River Seine and 7 minutes to Notre Dame. Starbucks within walking distance near Odeon metro station. BNP Paribas ATM within easy walking distance. Lots of choices for dining near by. Small rooms and elevators by American standards but expected. I would recommend.

We visit Paris quite a few times year. We had walked past this hotel many many times and finally decided to try it out. First we had booked this hotel, prepaid in December. Due to weather at JFK...we rebooked for April. I reached out to the hotel to see if they would be willing to credit us the prepaid amount... More

Great hotel and amazing rooftop bar and view. I wanted a good location close to most of the things plus we had a great 360 deg view of the city. Rooms a little small trying to fit two suite cases bathroom was amazing. We had some issues with the tap and the service gut came in no time. Front desk... More

Super convenient location within easy walking distance of Notre Dame; literally steps from two Metro stations, bus stops, tour bus stops, and the Seine! Plenty of places to eat nearby, although they are all for tourists and pretty bad. The crepe place on the corner across from the St. Michel fountain was delicious. We had been prepared for the room... More

The best part about this hotel is its location! It's in the Latin Quarter near the Metro stop St. Michel, near the best street creperie Mich Crepes and near a whole bunch of pubs and eateries too!! Super close to the Notre Dame Cathedral, Saint Chapelle and the Conciergerie. There is a hotel bar with a nice, friendly bartender (the... More

What I love about this hotel is the location! It's near good cafes, the train, and some beautiful sights. It's very convenient. It's a small and charming hotel. The service was good too. My only concern was the room because it was too small, but then again, it's Paris. What I loved the most about our room was our balcony.... More

I wanted a four star hotel for the special occasion of my wife's retirement, and birthday surprise. Well I got more than I wanted with this facility. The location was perfect, the staff always wanted to help and they upgraded me to a balcony room for this special occasion. They were pleasant all around and even were able to assist... More

We stayed March 29 thru April 2 in room 116. The Good: The location is FABULOUS! You are right in the middle of St Germain and St Michel. Great local shopping, a million restaurants - cafes - brassieres. It's a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame, 10 minutes to the love lock bridges, and maybe 15 to 20 minutes to... More

I loved this place Though the room might have been a little awkward in layout - who cares when you have a balcony with an outstanding view! Staff was mostly helpful. Though, don't count on early check in - this place is small and they just don't have the capacity to turn rooms quickly, so be prepared to wander the... More

Location of hotel is good - near Notre Dame Cathedral, Metro Stops, Restaurants and the River Seine. Room was on 6th floor with distant view of Eiffel Tower. Useful Balcony but definitely Summertime use as it was cold and Rainy. Housekeeping was excellent with plenty supplies of toiletries. Downside for us was atmosphere in the Hotel - there was none.... Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
