3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This was my 2nd stay at this property. The first being an amazing experience (see previous review). This time, although I upgraded to a wonderful balcony room, I was disappointed to come back after a long day of sightseeing to dirty towels folded up for our use! I was disgusted! The staff brought up fresh towels but I was still... More

Stayed for 4 nights here and have to say the location is perfect. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop bar is spectacular but unfortunately that's where the positives end. When we arrived, just before 3pm, our room was not ready. We were told it would be about 20 minutes. We didn't mind waiting and had a drink... More

My daughter and I travelled to Paris to celebrate her 18th birthday and we had a wonderful time indeed. Because I had mentioned about her special birthday, we were upgraded to an Executive room with a balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower in the near distance. And as a lot of people already mentioned, it could not be more... More

This is the perfect location to stay in Paris. You can pretty much walk everywhere from here. If you don't want to walk, cab rides were inexpensive because everything is so close to this hotel. We had a gorgeous view of the Effiel Tower from our room. After a day full of shopping sightseeing, eating amd drinking - i loved... More

We chose this hotel for the location and the rooftop bar. We pre registered as we were on an early flight but is was not communicated so we appeared as no shows from the previous night. Despite this we were checked in promptly. Great location, great rooftop bar although service in both areas could do with improvement. The girl at... More

We stayed here Aug 14 - Aug 19 2015. The location is fantastic, steps to the Metro, close to Notre Dame. The view from the rooftop is - as promised - amazing. You won't be disappointed. Our room had a balcony which we loved and a view onto the Eiffel Tower. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The only things I... More

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Paris - Notre Dame and had a wonderful experience. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is very convenient for getting around Paris and especially getting to/from the airport. The nearest Metro station is no more than a block away and offers a direct line to Charles de Gaulle. We had a room... More

Convenient hotel that was reasonably priced. Located in Saint Michel, there are lots of touristy areas with little bars and restaurants near by. The metro is really close by and the seine is walking distance. For book lovers the Shakespeare and co bookshop is a 2 minute walk and you can get there through the busy side streets and pass... We have now been back to this hotel for the third time. Its location is brilliant and we used its location to see the things we had not done last year. The roof top bar has an unparalleled view of Paris so in summer the Eiffel Tower light up is just spectacular!!! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the St Michel... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
