Having read the excellent reviews we arrived in Paris in confident mood and we were not disappointed. The appartment is superbly located, just a short walk from Richard Lenoir metro station and just a ten minute walk from the beautiful Place des Vosges. We felt that we had a real Parisien experience due to the location and the lovely appartment,... More

Couples trip to Paris. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment and wonderful host. Great location, in a real parisian neighborhood, but not to far from the sites. Walking distance to the Marais, great boulangerie downstairs!

Great location, very close to the metro station, several stores and restaurants. Coffe, toasts, butter and delicious jams are provided for breakfast; nevertheless you can always buy some great croissants at the bakery dowstairs. It is hard to find a better place at this price in central Paris; don't get afraid of the 5 floors of stairs without elevator, worth... More

This was our first Paris apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed having our own kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Pascal was very helpful and considerate, and communicated with me prior to our visit via email. The apartment had everything we needed, and is close to the metro and to a few convenience stores. There was a food market one block away... More

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon in Paris. Pascal did a fabulous job of ensuring our comfort. The 5 flights of stairs were not hindrance. Wish we had spent more time in the neighbourhood. Cimitiere Pere lachaise is within walking distance, and the three restaurants we tried (Grand Mericourt, Cafe Kawa and Les Fondues de la Raclette)... My husband, 14 year old daughter and I stayed here at the end of September. There was plenty of room - our daughter had her own bedroom with balcony, as did we - and the bedrooms were quite large. The balcony extends the length of the apartment and has flowering plants. The free telephone was a great bonus. We used... More

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 days in September with our teenage daughter. It was our first overseas trip and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Pascal was wonderful. He helped with the luggage, provided some wonderful breakfast supplies - the jams were great! It was perfectly located close to two Metro stops making it... More

We stayed at Pascal's apartment for 5 days in July and were so happy to find that it was ideally located near metro stations, supermarkets and cafes. Pascal met us in person and was always there to help. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and cozy. We enjoyed everything that was in stock in the fridge, jam in particular... More

We loved our stay here, the apartment was very reasonably priced and comfortable, even with our three young children. The decor was inviting and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the balcony, and the bakery right next door for fresh pastries in the morning! The location was handy for everything, and the metro is only... More

We took our three children to Paris for two nights and three days. Pascal's apartment was a great place to stay. Clean, close to the Metro and loads of restaurants and bars. Pascal welcomed us in person. He had stocked the fridge with milk, butter, juice and yoghurts plus brioche and bread. The piece de resistance was his home made... More
