My Ipad was stolen at a Best Western and there is nothing they can do..... the line doesn't mean anything. Do not stay at Thes Theatres at Paris.

The best combination of price, quality and location. The room was very neat but quite small. Nevertheless we hardly consider it as disadvantage because if you are in Paris, you shouldn't spend your time in hotel. You are eager to walk and try to see as much as possible.

We only stayed overnight at this hotel but thought it was really nice, they were pretty strict on check in and the room wasn't available until 2pm, however we got upgraded ( not sure why but wasn't going to complain as it was our wedding anniversary) the room was lovely was the only one on the landing had separate lavatory... We found our room to be very compact but good use was made of limited space and it was comfortable for a short break of 4 nights The staff were very welcoming and cheerful and the hotel was smartly decorated and equipped. The location does not encourage you to visit local bars etc but the hotel is close to Metro... More

Rooms renovated, but location terrible. Front desk attendants and management leave much to be desired as far as guest service is concerned. Best advise: stay away from this hotel.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and when we first walked in the lobby is great and our room was small, but nicely remodeled. This hotel managed to throw away jewelry left in a bag in our room. They took no responsibility and just said that we would have to go to the police if we wanted to do something about it. They did absolutely not care about our concern not finding the bag, or the jewelry. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! Stay away from this... More
