Clean room, friendly stuff, very close to main objectives , on walking distance to Notre Dame de Paris , or other central objectives. The neighborhood give you easy chance to find places to dinner or to enjoy a evening in a bar. Is a decent choice to a good price.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is by far the worst. I got a room in 5th floor without elevator. That someone could help you with your luggage up the difficult narrow staircase was not possible. The room lacked soap and when I called the front desk, I had to go down 5 floors and up to provide... This is the fourth time that we have stayed at Hotel des Arts. Originally we chose the hotel for its location which is within a 10 minute stroll of the square in Montmartre and Sacre Coeur, and the bustling Rue des Abbesses full of shops bars and restaurants. Every time we revisit the hotel has added a little more to... More

I'm surprised this place is still generating sufficient revenue to stay open. My friend and I booked this hotel by accident, assuming it was Hotel Des Arts Montmarte. Bad idea sharing the same name. The guy at the front desk was unhelpful. He kept retreating back to that little room behind the desk, where he probably watches TV all day... More

The bedding was insufficient and smelt bad. The window lock was broken so it wouldn't shut. As a result I felt unsafe in the room on my own as there was an adjoining balcony with the next room. V poor

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
