What a super find, thanks to Trip Advisor and all the comments have delighted us as we have found this place a gem of a location. Very central apartment just off the Opera area, very close to all amenities and the metro. A stones throw from the Open Bus Tour office too and generally a fabulous place. The apartments are... Very nice apartment overlooking the small, but busy street. Has everything you need but your personal stuff. Close to shopping, dining, & sightseeing. The only drawback is that the bed is a full size& for 2 people it's tight. Daniel is a great landlord, is only minutes away if you need anything. It's extremely close to all the metro stations.... Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the apartment, we have a 6 year old and a 2 year old and we felt so relaxed whenever we returned to the apartment from our outings. What we loved: Very central location, major department stores, cafes, restaurants and Opera nearby. Free wi fii Lovely and spacious apartment,... More

We stayed in flat 43 of the caumartin 64 appartments for 3 nights 21-24 june and would highly recommend it to travellers visiting Paris . The location is perfect for shopping and easy access by bus or metro or even by foot to the must things to do. The apartment is spotless with all the necessities you may need. Loved... More

After staying in expensive Arr.9 hotels on our last 3 visits to Paris, we decided to try this 4th floor one bedroom Apartment (#45) and we have been delighted with the quality of furnishings, kitchen facilities, cleanliness, security of access, convenience of location, and value for money. Metro and train options are very close as was a large supermarket within... More

Rooms in Paris can be quite expensive so renting an apartment for our party of 4 made more sense. I'm so glad we booked with Caumartin 64 as it had everything we needed and the location was the best, especially if you like to shop. Located just behind Printemps on a pedestrian street, served by multiple metro and bus lines... More

We have just spent 3 nights here in a lovely one bedroom apartment. I much prefer apartments over hotels as they offer greater flexibility and more space. 64 Caumartin offers great comfort in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and stations. The famous Galleries Lafeyette is just around the corner and Opéra is a two minute walk. We stayed... More

We spent New Years in 2 apartment with our party of 11- 5 children and 6 adults! Perfect location, so close to everything metro and rer lines just out the door. Daniel was extremely helpful and met us on arrival and gave us plenty of tips. Great alternative to a hotel with plenty of space and quiet at night.

We were looking for a central location in Paris and didn't want to stay in a Hotel, 64 Caumartin is the perfect location and a lovely place to stay if you want something different and more homely from a hotel. I booked the apartment for Myself, my wife and our two children and the location is superb, metro stations and... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
