We stayed for the first time at Le Petit Paris for 5 days during our Easter break and had a lovely stay. The absolute best thing about this hotel is its location, around the corner from the delightful Luxembourg Gardens (we were there twice a day), the Pantheon, and many excellent shops and restaurants. It's also easy to get around... More

I have stayed at the Hotel le Petit twice, both times on business. I find the hotel very friendly, clean and in a great location. I would have no reservations recomending this hotel to friends and family, my plans are to stay here again next time I am in Paris.

We stayed at the hotel early this April for the marathon. It was a great experience. Lovely room, although the wifi connection was poor in the 5th floor. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Easy access to buses and subway, very nice area too. Lot's of Cafes and Bistros within walking distance. Would definitely stay at the Petit Paris next time... More

Stayed at the hotel in early April this year. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant and accommodating if they tried! Lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Excellent modern showers. We had a small balcony on the 5th floor which was quaint too. Really enjoyed our stay there and will most likely stay there again when we go back to Paris nxt... More

It is such a lovely hotel, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, we feel very safe in this area and we walk to most of the must-seeing place. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This was our 5th vacation in Paris , and the Hotel Le Petit Paris was by far the best hotel where we stayed ! We spent a week at the room 303 ( Chambre Superieure, 18 m2, with a wonderful double bed , a bathroom with a tub and a fantastic shower ). The room was kept spotless clean during... More

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at le Petit Paris and it was just as good as the first. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated with quirky feature throughout, the bubble chair in the lobby being my favorite! The location is excellent and a brilliant base for those wishing to explore all Paris by foot. The staff... More

Beautifully renovated. Tiny but lovely rooms (not so different than all of Paris). Nothing to fault. We'd highly recommend it. Friendly service. On the same side of the street, 50 metres away, was a spectacular chocolate shop. Cafes, butcher shops, green groceries, bakeries. Take the RER B directly from CDG airport to Luxembourg station, a less than 5 minute walk... More

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
