We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment on the top floor (5th floor - 100 steps exactly). We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful guy who made sure we knew how to use combination and key-lock on front door - the apartments are not manned outside arrival times. He then lead us up to the apartment and made us... More

We (group of 3) stayed in Residence Pelican for one night and it was an absolutely satisfactory experience! Location wise the hotel is located very centrally, 3 minutes walk from Louvre and a short distance to all the hype parisian neighbourhoods of St. Germain and Marais. The room was very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and with a great atmosphere that... More

Everything is on walking distance and you have plenty restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. I would recommend this appartment if you stay more than one day in Paris. We booked a last minute and only stayed here for one night and with a checkin time at 4 pm and checkout time at 11.30 am, our stay was rather short.

As you can see from my previous reviews, we stay in a mixture of places, some posh, some grotty, however up until this trip, always as a couple. For this trip we were accompanied by a teenage family member, a certain amount of dread dawned on us when we realised how expensive it would be to stay in central Paris... More

we were five in one apartment and we still had enough space for all our luggage to be opened comfortably. Very friendly service and though there is no lift and we were on the fourth floor, the guy kept our luggages until check-in and offered to take up all our five big luggages to our room.. which is a big... If you want to experience paris, you must stay here. Central with friendly service. Well furnished apartment. I would love to stay here again. Everything in paris has stairs. Walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter etc.

A little apprehensive based on some other reviews, however, this apartment suited our needs perfectly. Fabulous bakery with awesome fresh baguettes, wonderful tarts, within 2 minutes, a well stocked mini- supermarket really handy and the seine and louvre within easy 5 minute walk. Easy walk to Notre dame, left Bank, champs élysées etc. Tube station on rue de tivoli 2... More

We stayed here over the weekend. Location is brilliant: closest Metro is Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre; Louvre is literally 2 minutes’ walk (if that). We found several excellent restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The people who run the place are very friendly and customer focused. Way more space than a hotel room at an equivalent cost.... More

Came here with my family. The rooms at first glance would come out to be rather small for the price. However they are very comfortable and clean. The Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment got cleaned everyday. We stayed on the fourth floor and the building has no lift. We did not have an issue with that. The staff is... More

I am happy we picked this apartment style for our lodging arrangement. When we first checked in we weren't sure if things would be up to par. Coming from America the look of the establishment was different. However we were quite amazed with the apartment. They had a coded entry and owner was extremely nice. The showers were amazing, and...
