I DO NOT recomending this hotel. No air conditioning, small fan, for a summer in Paris is very uncomfortable. Very small bathroom, if you are a tall person or heavy, you won't fit in the shower, all the water from the shower will go until your room floor. The WIFI terrible, most of the time the WIFI conection doesn't work.... More

the location was great. subway was very near and a lot of cafes, convenience shops nearby. only thing to consider was there was no airconditioning in the rooms. it was cool when i went there but i could imagine it would be very hot if it was in the middle of summer. the cleaning lady is such a snob and... Closest metro stop is Saint Sebastien Froissart (line 8). We stayed on the top floor of the hotel (6th floor). The hotel hasn't got aircon so in the middle of the summer the temperature was warm, however the rooms are equipped with a fan. The room was clean and size although small, was very good. Breakfast: yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled... More

Spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel for our first time in Paris. The hotel was very clean and modern however I must stress as others have, this hotel is very small. We were constantly on top of each other in the room and I was constantly banging myself on a shelf or corner. A safe and fridge would be... More

This hotel is conveniently located in Les marais. There is an amazing amazing bakery right next door and a few cafés across the street within one minute walk! The staff was very friendly and amazing. The room was very small but very clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning in it can get very hot in the summer but... More

We stayed here for 5 nights last week. As some other reviewers have pointed out the rooms are smallish - that is to say smaller than say a Novotel or Hilton but I think it is important to quantify this in terms of price. Including the city tax (which was clearly stated on booking and also on check in) we... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, was lucky to get a room on the 6th floor facing the street. I had booked for a double room. The room was standard with basic amenities and there was a elevator(very tiny) The staff is very helpful, friendly. They will help you out with directions etc. All were good, special mention for Roguie.

We stayed on the 6th floor and while the room was snug, this is what you should expect in Paris for the price. The bathroom was a good size, clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our only complaint was shampoo and conditioner weren't supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is first class.... More

Hotel near Republique and close to metro. Marais centre is at a 10-15 minutes walk. Offers basic rooms that are clean but fairly small. Bathroom is rather small as well. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Reception toilet is not always well cleaned. Hotel does not have secured luggage storage. Overall, rates are too high for quality offered.

My colleague and I arrived in Paris and were looking forward to staying in the beautiful and charming area of Le Marais. When we arrived at the hotel, even from the outside, we knew that it wasn't going to be the best experience. It was small and run down from the outside and only got worse as we walked in.... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
