The hotel is in a great location for those who want a nightlife. Its a quiet neighborhood, Metro is close by and Notre Damn is 25 min walk away. There are good stores and restaurants around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do not have shampoo in the bath, so we had to buy our own (tough to... More

I’ve been there 3 weeks ago with my girlfriend and… the room was small, the elevator very small, but it is a very nice hotel for 4 days, with a excellent location and an excellent staff, except… the employee of the night, a tall man, very rude, very impolite, very unpleasant. He talks bad to people with no reason to... More

The hotel was very friendly and relaxed and all of the staff all spoke English, which was a relief for us. The rooms were small, but nicely presented and attractive. Very clean and well cared-for. The lift was crazily tiny, but it did its job, which was just as well as we were on the 5th floor. Facilities such as... More

The hotel couldn't be in a more pleasant, decent location. Small but with the most helpful, and very friendly staff. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The metro was just at the end of the street and the hotel is surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants. For a short stay and lovely experience, I couldn't recommend it more... More

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are small, which is so typical for Paris, but clean and very well organised, so you get everything you need. Location is great. Close to Republique square and nearest metro station is just around the corner. Great breakfast. Peaceful and quiet.

Great hotel and really lovely staff, who couldn't have been more helpful. Really clean rooms. Helpful to have a kettle. Brilliant area - exactly where you'd want to be in Paris with everything in walking distance. Everything is tiny, but that's what you'd expect in the middle of the best bit of Paris at this price. Loved our week's stay.

The room was clean, and the staff were nice, but the double bed was 2 single beds put together. The room was so small that we had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. Everything was clean...sheets were threadbare, and the bathroom was so small that if you weren't careful you would hit your head on... More

Stayed here for 3 nights mid-February and was very pleased with hotel. Ideally located and good value for money. Compact room with extremely comfy beds, clean sheets and quiet room...shower AND bath ensuite. Very friendly staff, desk open 24hrs. The only draw back was the TINY lift...we had just cabin sized luggage, but could still only manage to go up... More

Chose this hotel for the location, price and wheelchair access. The first two were spot on but access wasn't the best. As a wheelchair user, I always contact a hotel in advance and on this occasion, the reception staff said that yes, it was an accessible hotel. However, when we arrived, I was a bit shocked to find possibly the... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
