Nice and close to the subway station but not many other positives. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is SO NOISY. As soon as dawn breaks all you can hear is horns being tooted from the street because the hotel is beside quite a busy roundabout. Our room was at the very front of the hotel so... More

I liked the subway and that was it. I shown up with 30lb per one luggage. I had 3 luggage which I had to carry to 3rd floor on narrow staircases. One man who worked there came downstairs and saw that I was struggling to carry heavy suitcases, he went ahead and taking it off my hands. He took it... More

I did not enjoy my stay here. The first unpleasant surprise was the lack of an elevator. Considering that I had to carry a 20 kg suitcase up to the 3rd floor, it got off to a less than pleasant start. If you have a disability or have trouble climbing stairs, don't stay here. Not only are there no elevators,... More

Very good location as it is meters away from a metro station, ideal! ... I booked my first trip to Paris for the end of May and when I got to the hotel (around 1 o'clock in the afternoon) I went and politely asked the receptionist if I could check in a little bit earlier (as everyone else , I... We booked this hotel based on the pictures we've seen on line and the descriptions we've found from people who have stayed here. Unfortunately, for us the stay was not that good. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who checked us in and shown the way to our room. As we were making our way... More

I found the stay met my needs and expectations, my room was a single room as requested with a shared bathroom. The room was small but neat and homely, there was a smell on first arriving but not after. The staff had good English and were keen to help. A sushi restaurant next door was a bonus. The area was... Staying in Bercy / Nation

Neighborhood Profile
Bercy / Nation
Nestled between the Seine, Bastille, and Père Lachaise lies a peaceful side of town where wide avenues and impressive buildings accompany green spaces and small parks. Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep. For an escape from the masses head to this calming neighborhood where real Parisians make their homes.
