Finding the right hotel in Paris was quite difficult as prices are high, same as the no. of hotels! I was really lucky to find this one. The location was great: close to several Metro stations (with short distance to the sightseeing spots), plenty of (good) restaurants and bars around, clean and secure neighborhood. The staff at the reception was... More

I stayed at the Apostrophe Hotel for my honeymoon in March and could not have been any happier with my choice. The location is simply perfect. Very close to main metro stations, "Vavin", "Raspail", "Montparnasse", and a couple of others that made transportation very easy. We got the Paris Paradis room and it was great, you could even see the... More

I do not have enough positive adjectives for how thoroughly thrilled I was with this hotel and the amazing staff. The trip would not have been nearly as marvelous if we had not stayed here. The room we stayed in was Livre, in the "Pittoresque" category which is their medium sized room category. I chose this room due to the... More

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms are very small, to be expected in Paris, the location is relatively good, but what made it a very good stay for me was the staff, they do go out of there way to accommodate you and attend to any of your needs. You can tell they care about... More

Thank you for pointing out the good level of service. We understand your displeasure for paying for fresh squeezed orange juice and home cooked croissants (by the way would have cost you more outside of the hotel) but we are kind of irked by the fact that you forgot to mention the complementary early check in (value 50 €) and... My boyfriend and I just got back from a 3 night stay at the Apostrophe Hotel for my birthday from 23rd March. We loved it! We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel of course as we were out sightseeing for roughly 12 hours a day, but the time we did spend there was pleasant and you were... More

Thank you for such a great review. Concerning your let down we are very sorry and we have immediatly looked into the glitches. We can assure that it was only an unfortunate accident as our rating indicates (5/5 in cleanliness). It is a shame you did not mention it to us right away. More

The decor in the rooms of this hotel is amazing. Very state of the art. Intimate feel as it's a small hotel. The day and night concierge were both very helpful. One of them booked our evening at the Moulin Rouge for us on short notice. They held our bags on the last day as our flight was not until... More

I stayed here for 4 nights and I must say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were very helpful and gave great suggestions about where to eat. The room was amazing (Room V). It was the best decorated room I have ever stayed in. It is relaxing, charming and a warm space. The... More

Well, I am currently sat at CDG airport writing this review because we are so early for our flight. I was so pleased with this hotel, our stay here was perfect. The location is fantastic, plenty of metro stations near by and close to Port Royal also for the airport. 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower etc. The staff were... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Sometimes, all hotels begin to look alike. Not here! The decor here added to our vacation experience. The decor is original and the drapes are just cool. Even the bathroom had special touches with the special lighting. The rooms were clean and special. They may be small by American... More

Indeed our neighbourhood is quiet and yet full of restaurants... I am glad you were not bothered by the room size. Apostrophe rooms width 12 m² and Pittoresque ones 14m². For the difference in price it may worth taking the second type of room. Isabelle More

My daughter and I stayed here and highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located with a convenient, if not cheap, parking garage very close to the hotel. Decor is quirky and stylish. No issues with noise. Customer service was great too. AND THE SHOWER. Seriously even if the place was a nightmare otherwise, I would consider revisiting just to... More

What makes our showers different from elsewhere ? A powerful pressure with 6 lateral massage jets, lighted overhead rain shower, hand shower, adjustable manual thermostat with "anti-burning" mechanism. You can activate each shower separatly or together... Hopefully we will welcome you again ! Isabelle More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
