What impressed most about this hotel was the attitude of all employees. They were truly focused on customer service. There is no concierge lounge at this hotel, but platinum members get free breakfast, and the breakfast is really good. The gym is adequate, and the business service is excellent. I had an Indonesian dish at the restaurant that was really... More

A fantastic hotel! The location is great; 2 min walk from the Metro, 5 min walk to the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe and restaurants and cafes all around you. The rooms were beautiful and had a wonderful view of the Avenue de Wagram. The beds were to die for and the bathroom was very spacious. Staff were also... More

Our family of 3 (me, my wife and our 8 year old daughter) has a faboulous time in this hotel. Starting from the helpfulness of the staff at the reception to assist in an early check in all the way till expedited check out the experience has been one of the best we ever had. Pros: - Early check in... More

I am a little surprised by all the giddiness about this hotel. We spent 3 nights here at the end of August. We paid extra to stay in a larger room and the room was as expected, good size and very clean and modern. But the positives basically end there and for the prices they charge, you would expect a... We had a lovely time at the property and in Paris. Many thanks to Xavier Remi, and their team of Navigators - they helped us discover and explore Paris to our hearts content. We found all of the staff at the property to be quite courteous and friendly. The room was nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The "romance package" was... More

We spent one night at the Renaissance Arc hotel and were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very early in the morning after a long flight from Africa and were able to check-in right away - we even got an upgrade! The shower in our room was the best one I have ever taken in my entire life -... More

Just returned from our 3 day break in Paris. Flew into CDG airport and caught the Les Cars Bus from the airport to the Arc de Triomphe where it was just a short walk to the hotel. On arrival we were greeted with smiles by the door staff who took our bags from us and escorted us to Check-in. The... More

Just took a 4 day trip with my wife to Paris. Chose the Renaissance, due to the proximity of the Arc de Triomphe. Without a doubt this makes life really easy in the city, as the Air France Bus from CDG drops you off up the street, there 2 subway stations within a few hundred meters, and plenty of places... We stayed at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe from August 29- September 2 celebrating our 25th Anniversary. The hotel is in a perfect location, easy access to the Metro. The staff from the front desk to the Conceigere desk couldn't have been more helpful. The people at the conceigere desk booked a tour for us before we even arrived in... More

Just came back after spending 7 nights at this hotel and touring most of Paris by foot and metro. Great hotel to come back to after touring, very quiet rooms, comfortable bed. The concierge staff were ALL so helpful and that is what made our trip so perfect. Especial thanks to Xavier and Remi who we saw the most. We... More

Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
