Having an apartment* in Paris was absolutely ideal. It gave us a place to relax after a long day of sight seeing and best of all was having our own kitchenette. We generally ate breakfast at the apartment and ate lunch at a restaurant/cafe. We then came "home" for a dinner before heading back out to the city.
