I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Villa Madame! I had to come to Paris last-minute for work and stayed 5 days. It was so delightful! The location in Saint Germain is perfect, I could walk to the Louvre, along the Seine, Notre Dame Cathedral, and many adorable restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly, polite, and extremely helpful-... More

I had a great time here. Great welcome, nice room, big for Paris size. A really good experience. It's very close to Saint Sulpice and the Luxembourg Gardens. You can actually walk to the Seine, Saint Germain, Les Marais and Louvre are from here. Great experience!

Villa Madame is a lovely hotel in Saint Germain des Pres near the Place Saint Sulpice, located in a nice area in central Paris. The hotel is on a quiet street, but the noise form adjacent rooms can be heard quite well. The room & bathroom were nice with Hermès showergel, shampoo & bodylotion. Comfy bed. The breakfast was great.... More

An amazing hotel. Tastefully decorated in an idyllic location and only 20 minutes on the metro to Garde Du Nord. Staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms snug but perfect for two. Paris perfection.

I chose Villa Madame because of my membership in an online hotel site for boutique hotels. I loved the location, its in a quiet neighborhod, which I always prefer to tourist mecca's. Its walking distance to a tone of cafes, shops the metro and the Paris rental bikes. The area is upscale and very central. The hotel is nice, its... More

If you are looking for a true boutique hotel that makes you feel right at home in Paris, look no further than Villa Madame. The lobby is welcoming, and extremely well-designed, and the staff is hospitable, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and charming. And breakfast always delicious. Really nice and quiet hotel. It seems to be in a private house in the country side. Good location. There is an amazing park next door where you can jog in the morning (Luxemburg Gardens). Tons of restaurants and brasserie around the block. Paris is big so you need a cab to move around or to take the metro but... More

Wonderful small boutique hotel is very, very clean and comfortable. The reception/concierge were all quite helpful and pleasant. The location turned out to be great for walking to shopping and restaurants. We loved everything about the hotel, from the rooms to the charming little bar and courtyard. What a nice place. We would for sure return when in Paris.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
