This is a wonderful boutique hotel very near St. Sulpice, St. Germain des Prés, and the Luxembourg gardens. The service is superb, all the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back here. The little garden is beautiful, perfect to enjoy a kir royale before dinner...

This small hotel is close to the jardins du Luxembourg and is in a quiet street away from the main city centre attractions. However, the hotel isn't miles away from these attractions and it's a lovely walk from the hotel to Place St Michel. The rooms are a decent size and are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.... More

Stayed here four nights over Christmas and had a great experience. We had received a great last minute rate with Tablet that included a trip on a Seine River Cruise and a champagne toast at check-in. The hotel even got us a Christmas present that we found on our bed when we got back for the night! Other nice little... More

Check-in was quite a breeze, thanks to the helpful staff that took care of us. The rooms are tidy and size is good enough compared to other Parisian hotels. Toilet floor probably needs a bit of scrubbing on the sides. It's not that off putting, but could do with some deep cleaning. Beds, pillows and duvets are probably my favorite... More

This small hotel is ideally located very close to Luxembourg gardens at the end near the Musee du Luxembourg. We first stayed at this hotel in 1980 when it was called the Regent's hotel. We have returned many times since then and have always been pleased that we did. Recently it was completely renovated and the name changed to Villa... More

What a gem in St.Germain. A boutique hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle and only a few minutes from Saint Sulpice, Latin Quarter, Montparnasse, Luxembourg Gardens and still walking distance to Notre Dame etc. The hotel is very, very cozy and nicely decorated. The rooms are also beautifully decorated. The breakfast was served in a small breakfast room... More

This is a top notch hotel. The staff is very well trained and gracious. The hotel is extremely clean, the linens good. I enjoyed having complimentary fruit and sparkling water. There was nothing that was too much to ask.

The hotel is located in a very quiet street minutes from Luxemburg gardens. The was rather small (like most hotel rooms in Paris) but it was very cosy, well decorated with great balcony. The complementary expresso machine was great and new capsules and cups were replaced every day. The bath was very clean, well supplied and clean towels were replaced... More

Dear Yinon1968, I can see that you have a very good knowledge of Paris & of its specific characteristics and I am really honoured that you recommend our hotel. I regret nevertheless that you did not try our gourmet breakfast, made "à la minute", in order to always serve fresh products ! We would have been pleased to serve you... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
