The customer service is appalling. BED BUGS gave me severe allergic reactions. I was moved to 2 rooms and got bitten in both! Management offered no remorse despite seeing my condition and swelling on my face. On my request would only offer a 25% refund for a night's stay and wanted to "see proof" of alleged bed bugs. I was... More

This place was horrific - I understand it may have been due to be 'improved'. It was a late booking for a last minute business trip to Paris. I think my colleagues and I got the last two rooms which were at the top of the building accessed only by a multi floor steep and narrow spiralling staircase. The rooms... More

This hotel is in good location, train stations just at your doorstep, you get good views and less noise if your room is on top ( 604) like we did. When we stayed, the hotel is having its make over, our room is clean with 'rain' shower, bed is firm & comfortable. Yes, they do ask for the keys every... More

Stayed 3 nights with my elderly parents. There wasn't any lift so i got to carry my heavy luggage all the way up to 4th level by myself. Staff was unfriendly and doesn't care about Ur presence for both check in and check out. Sink was crack. Shower door was spoilt with one side hanging. Floor was unstable so I... More

We have just got home from a two night break at this hotel, we hired two rooms because of our large family. The one room on the 5th floor was clean, and tidy with a lovely view of the city below, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The second room was on the 7th floor... More

Nasty hotel do not stay. All of our rooms had bed bugs. Towels that were falling apart or ripped. The hotel entrance is down an alley away from the main street. If you do not have children and on a budget (strict budget) maybe this is the place otherwise go somewhere else!

Seriously, that was the only redeeming quality to the place. Luckily we didn't get lost as you can clearly see the hotel name from the street (we were across the street, and it was up high). We booked a triple room with a bathroom. The beds were FANTASTIC! I slept like a rock and the mattress had that firmness you... More

The receptionist is rude, even refused to show the room before payment. Reception area, room - everything was bad. The only good thing about this hotel is location, but it's simply not worth paying any ammount of money.

It is true that the hotel is very well located, a few minutes walk from the Gare de l'Est train station. The room was clean. However the entrance was a bit sketchy and not obvious, the reception area tiny with a not very friendly receptionist. I recommend only for a one-night stay for easy access from / to the train...
